GoogleAbsolutely careless, irresponsible and incompetent staff. Our tenancy contract ended on the 20th of March and as of today, the 27th of April, we have not received our deposit back. Even though we have tried to chase them numerous times, the only thing they came back to us with is that they will get back to us with an update. Nothing yet.
