I recently purchased my flat in the Gloucester Road area via Bernard Marcus and can honestly say that despite being on the opposite side of the transaction, I was impressed by the level of service showed by the sales team led by Vicky and Zuzanna. This is feedback on service received on sale of a property through Barnard Marcus Earls Court location. I had Zuzanna Kubani as my main sales negotiator. Her work was excellent and she was very professional, from start to finish. Max Harffey from the branch was also part of the sales team who helped throughout the process, and I am happy with his contribution and communication. Both are hard-working professionals. It was obvious from the first meeting (and before that, on phone) with Zuzanna that she was passionate about sales, had an engaging positive energy and was absolutely committed to the marketing of the property. She immediately articulated things she loved about the property and was kind to accommodate all my questions and concerns. Over the entire process, from listing to competition of sales, she was very efficient in her communication and brought a positive outlook that made me feel at ease about the process.
