GoogleMUST AVOID! This agency is extremely rude and irresponsible. We suppose to move in 27th of September but till today, which is 30th, we still couldn’t move in.
The agency gave us the contract in the last minute. When me and my partner were about to sign the contract we found there was something ridiculous (for example we have to pay for TV licenses which we don’t even use and we need landlord’s permission to use home fragrance) and we wanted to amend it. But their agent Edina, who is even a manager, refused to do anything and accused my partner “don’t have common sense”. Only thing she did was pushing us to pay the six month rent in advance without contract, and gave us the contact.
An update: After they wasted our time, they decided to decline our offer. However, we still haven’t received our deposit.
