Honestly been a great experience so far, I’m moving from the US and she was incredibly helpful when it came to sorting out all the logistics I’d need in order to get set up, actively followed up with me while I was abroad (when tbh most other estate agents were largely non responsive the second they heard I’d need a virtual viewing cause I’m not physically in the UK), and ultimately secured where I’m living right now with her help. Veronika is by far the most genuine agent I’ve had. My partner and i have dealt with many agents who might not always have the best interest of the renters in mind, but she is the exact opposite, allowing a space for both the landlords and renters to come to agreement that caters to both parties. If you see a listing you like, go out of your way to see if Veronika can show you around virtually or in-person! Her communication on the phone and on WhatsApp is also so consistent.
