Could not praise Vicky and Zuzanna highly enough, they were both so helpful and enthusiastic throughout the entire process. Initially we were recommended to another well known estate agent in Fulham but despite numerous phone calls and emails they could not even take the time to call us back. However, out of the blue I received a phone call from a member of Vicky's team who was so knowledgeable and professional that we decided to sell through Barnard Marcus. Vicky was always available should we have any questions or problems, nothing was too much trouble for her despite it not being the easiest sale due to probate and we live in Hampshire. We would not hesitate in recommending Vicky and Zuzanna, absolutely 5 star service from both of them.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

The worst letting experience I have ever had. Incompetence and laziness across the board. Avoid if at all possible. I worked with Edina G. and Sophie E. Problems started from the very beginning with numerous follow-ups required to get the contract. Move in procedure (inventory, etc.) were not completed prior to the start of the tenancy due to mistakes made by Edina and/ or Sophie. About halfway through the tenancy the landlord went silent and basic maintenance/ repairs were not performed for the remainder of the tenancy. I left the flat prior to the end of the lease and agreed with Edina that the house would be list for availability then. This was never updated in the online listing. Following the end of the tenancy land lord did not provide back the deposit. Effectively no support was provided by Edina or Sophie and I needed to go through a ~3 month process to get the deposit back through the TDS scheme. Avoid these people and Barnard Marcus like the plague!

Am delighted to be able to share my experience of working with the fantastic team at Barnard Marcus Earls Court namely, Vicky, Max, Zuzanna and Martina. Funnily enough I also bought my flat from them in 2006!. Initially I made the error of going with another EC based agent and soon realised I had made a big mistake with not a single viewing from their 3 months of marketing the property. I switched to Barnard Marcus and instantly started receiving on average of 2 viewings per week with both Max and Zuzanna being enthusiastic and proactive marketeers of my property. After a couple of months of regular interest I received 2 offers in a single day with a slight uplift on my asking price. Their continued commitment to my sale helped me navigate the exchange process and some tricky moments and successfully into completion led by their manager Vicky. This was supported throughout by efficiently and accurately produced marketing and sales documentation by Martina. I really cannot recommend this team enough for the passion, commitment and tenacity from the initial instruction to completed sale. First class service and the go-to agents in Earls Court. The standard setters in property sales!
