GoogleI had a few twists and turns along the way of selling my flat in Vauxhall but it all worked out really well and although it took a little longer for various reasons the ends justified the means and with the help of Ian and all the team at Daniel Cobb we got there. His knowledge, professionalism and advice were invaluable to us and he always answered communications swiftly and effectively. They are not cheap but you pay fees for reliability and good service. GoogleI recently completed on a flat in the Nine Elms area through Daniel Cobb. Ian was extremely quick to respond throughout the process and helped make the exchange happen when there were challenges with the vendors and their solicitor. He also accommodated visits for measuring etc. Would be very happy to use Daniel Cobb again to sell or buy.

GoogleWe had used another agent who, while good in some ways, completely overvalued our property and gave poor advice on price management. Daniel Cobb were much more realistic and also very good at communicating and advising throughout the process. They actively managed without being intrusive and kept us up to speed on all developments. I would have no hesitation in using them again, and in recommending them to others in the area.

GoogleFrom start to finish the estate agents at Daniel Cobb were delightfully polite and efficient. We dealt mostly with Ray who we found extremely helpful and very prompt at answering queries. This made the whole flat buying process very unstressful. I highly recommend this estate agency.

It's been the most difficult time we've ever witnessed to sell a large house, but the good humour and professionalism we experienced made a very tricky period significantly more pleasant...well done and keep it up.

GoogleGot locked out of my apartment, they have the spare set of keys, went to their office during opening hours only to find no one there, phoned the office and no one seems able to offer me any kind of help been waiting outside for over an hour, was offered a number that couldn’t help me and their only solution is lock smiths even tho the whole point of them having a spare pair of keys is for this situation!!

Hi Anouk, I'm really sorry to hear you've had this experience. I have spoken to the team to better understand the situation, and it looks like it was a combination of many factors. I'm afraid we don't fully manage your property, so this means for any maintenance issues or situations such as getting locked out, are for you and the Landlord to work out directly with each other. That said we will always help if we can. Unfortunately, on the day in question there were national rail strikes, so despite the teams best efforts we couldn't man the office that day. You were therefore put through to our out of hours team who would have offered you the best solution available to them in that particular situation.
