GoogleDaniel Cobb perfectly supported our recent flat purchase. If there were five stars more, we would give them to Ray - his work and highly professional attitude made the purchase really swift. Anytime we required anything in the flat during the conveyancing process, Ray readily organised additional viewings - this was helpful for us to effectively organise renovation.

GoogleTenants perspective - we've recently moved into a property managed by Daniel Cobb. We're happy with the property overall but there were a number of issues with the furniture upon moving in which we weren't informed of or given an indication of when they would be fixed. We've been in the property for a little while now and are still waiting on some of the inventory promised to us when we moved in. Would like to call out Reagan for all her help in addressing these issues. Even though she wasn't managing the letting agreement, she stepped in to cover for her colleague, liaising with the landlord to answer all our questions and sorting everything out incredibly quickly. She also sent some help out the night we moved in to address some urgent issues with the property like the shower not working and beds being broken. Working with Reagan has given us a sense of security that we'll be taken care of as tenants - our review would definitely be lower without her. Thanks so much!

GoogleI used Daniel Cobb to find my now current flat which both myself and flatmate love! Very simple process of application and very good communication from day of enquiry to even after the tenancy was signed for! Both Marion and Patsy gave great service as well as there lovely co workers at the London Bridge branch. Would definitely say I’d use them again in the future but fortunately that won’t have to be the case for a while now I’ve found such a fab property.

Daniel Cobb have been fantastic agents, Henry, Marion and the rest of the Kennington team provided excellent service and always with a smile. Henry's professional and fair communication between ourselves and the landlord always came with some good humour which was reassuring. Throughout Jonathan and Ian were efficient, courteous and helpful, they provided clarity at all times and showed themselves to be competent and trustworthy. GoogleAfter a long and depressing search for a family property in London with many agents, Patsy & Marion at Daniel Cobb, Kennington found us a great place. It's difficult getting good service with agents but the DC team were very attentive and helpful getting us sorted. Really happy with how everything has worked out - I would not do another search without talking to them first.

GoogleThe maintenance division is appalling , poor communication , expensive , They turn late , without materials , then go and buy them. They give a number to call for URGENT issues , but it's a landline 9/5 , pretty much same price as Pimlico plumbers , also expensive , but a better job (with a lot less ciggie breaks)
