He was with us every step of the way throughout the process, always quick to respond, helpful and reassuring, but without putting too much pressure on us either. We genuinely felt like he had our back and was doing everything he could to make things go smoothly for us.

GoogleBe aware Renters. We had a virtual tour of the house as moving from abroad. We are a family and a landlord wanted a family to move in. The house was absolutely disgusting when moved in. We had mice infestation but the landlord refused to fix the hole outside. The dispute goes on. Also, We wanted to copy the Banham keys but they were not registered. Raised this issue back 3 months ago, chased them many times but no news. Somehow the EICR passed but the light flickers and all the wiring seems pretty dodgy. I’m a landlord myself but this property is deeply neglected and the management is barely doing anything. I would avoid.
