GoogleDaniel Cobb has been managing very smoothly my rental property for several years. Diligent on their searches for new tenants, careful on their choices of clients, and efficient with the check-ins and check-outs. They have never presented problems to me- rather when there was one, they would come forward with a solution before telling me of the problem itself! Worry free....!
In the past year, Eduarda Bastos was my manager and at the end of the tenancy, we ran into some major hurdles with the last tenant. Eduarda was an absolute star! She wrote diplomatic letters, she explained everything clearly, she handled competently the last tenant's departure as they had left it in a poor condition, Nothing was too much for her and she went out of her way, going the extra mile and showing me that she actually cared. She is one in a million.
So thank you all for the past 6 years of perfect management, from beginning to end.

GoogleBe aware Renters. We had a virtual tour of the house as moving from abroad. We are a family and a landlord wanted a family to move in. The house was absolutely disgusting when moved in. We had mice infestation but the landlord refused to fix the hole outside. The dispute goes on. Also, We wanted to copy the Banham keys but they were not registered. Raised this issue back 3 months ago, chased them many times but no news. Somehow the EICR passed but the light flickers and all the wiring seems pretty dodgy. I’m a landlord myself but this property is deeply neglected and the management is barely doing anything. I would avoid.
