GoogleFor the last few weeks the staff at Daniel Cobb have been helping me get my my flat in Bermondsey ready to let out. Everyone I've dealt with in both the Property Management Team and the Lettings Team has been friendly and professional. In particular Anuj Jariwala in Property Management did a great job of steering me through compliance issues and negotiations with contractors - I found him cheerful, knowledgeable and meticulously efficient. I also depended on the advice, support and enthusiasm of Sarah Kelly, Assistant Manager in Lettings, who convinced me to engage Daniel Cobb in the first place, educated me in the workings of the rental market, and with her colleagues has effected a speedy and successful tenant search.

GoogleWe sold our Kennington flat through Daniel Cobb and absolutely would recommend!
We surveyed several estate agents in the area and Daniel Cobb were far more personable and really understand the area.
Ian as branch manager was brilliant and our estate agent Ollie did a fantastic job in selling and marketing the property.
They made a very stressful time much easier.

GoogleThe property management team at Daniel Cobb has been excellent throughout the time they have managed my property. Both Eduarda and Alex have been consistently responsive and helpful whenever issues arose.
A special mention goes to Eduarda, our property manager, who has been a real pleasure to work with over the past few years. I particularly appreciate her proactive approach in inspecting the property, following up on issues, and seeing them through to resolution. Some of these matters were complex, and her persistence and dedication in handling them have been truly appreciated.

GoogleReview for 361 Kennington Road:
I had an amazing stay throughout my tenancy here, Daniel Cobb truly picks the best landlord. Ted is the best landlord ever, he is responsive to text messages and understanding of every concerns we had throughout our stay. Really enjoyed the time I stayed here and he also release our deposit back quickly. Ted went above and beyond to make sure our home was comfortable and that we were happy throughout our tenancy. We feel incredibly lucky to have had Ted as our landlord and can’t thank him enough for everything he’s done. Wishing him nothing but the best, he truly deserves it.
The Daniel Cobb team were also great as well, would really recommend them.

GoogleWe had used another agent who, while good in some ways, completely overvalued our property and gave poor advice on price management. Daniel Cobb were much more realistic and also very good at communicating and advising throughout the process. They actively managed without being intrusive and kept us up to speed on all developments. I would have no hesitation in using them again, and in recommending them to others in the area.
