GoogleFrom start to finish the estate agents at Daniel Cobb were delightfully polite and efficient. We dealt mostly with Ray who we found extremely helpful and very prompt at answering queries. This made the whole flat buying process very unstressful. I highly recommend this estate agency.

GoogleExcellent agency. Having worked with Daniel Cobb for many years I can truly recommend them as a letting agent. Their staff are courteous, highly efficient and provide sound advice. Repairs etc are handled cost effectively and are always top quality. I’ve worked with Eduarda for last last few years and she’s a star! Don’t hesitate to use them.

GoogleI was a buyer so Daniel Cobb were not acting for me but Ian Boardman and Ray Glyn were always helpful and available to answer queries and to attend at the house I was thinking of buying. They attend a number of appointments with me and members of my family and with builders and architects leading ultimately to my purchase of the house.

GoogleI dealt with Ian Boardman and his staff for a period of well over a year in the course of an abortive sale and then a successful one. I am 74 and found the experience stressful. Ian's excellent advice, tact and calm helped to alleviate that. He and his staff were prompt and effective throughout. I currently live abroad which meant that there were a number of matters I was unable to deal with myself but Ian was always willing to help. If you are selling property in Kennington I highly recommend Daniel Cobb.

In terms of discussing marketing approach and valuation Ian's advice showed his extensive and nuanced appreciation of the local area, gained over a long period. His advice was also valuable in being well adapted both to the idiosyncratic market conditions at the time and to the specifics of the best use of electronic media. He was flexible in accommodating my personal concerns in the agreement with Daniel Cobb. I think the team’s friendly, ethical, and non-pressurising attitude to prospective purchasers was very helpful in finding a buyer who would value and enjoy the house. GoogleWe recently sold our house in Kennington and could not recommend Ian Boardman and Ray Glynn more highly. Despite challenging market conditions they achieved a price substantially higher than other agents in Kennington said was possible. Both Ian and Ray are thoroughly straightforward and nice people to deal with and display none of the characteristics that give estate agents a poor reputation. Many thanks to both of them.

GoogleWith experience of using DC both to rent and sell our property I would highly recommend the team. In respect to our sale, we had a lot of ups and downs related to the chain. Through this Ian convinced us to remain calm and hold tight and this proved to be the right advice as we eventually completed at a price we were very happy with.
