GoogleGot locked out of my apartment, they have the spare set of keys, went to their office during opening hours only to find no one there, phoned the office and no one seems able to offer me any kind of help been waiting outside for over an hour, was offered a number that couldn’t help me and their only solution is lock smiths even tho the whole point of them having a spare pair of keys is for this situation!!

I'm really sorry to hear you've had this experience. I have spoken to the team to better understand the situation, and it looks like it was a combination of many factors. I'm afraid we don't fully manage your property, so this means for any maintenance issues or situations such as getting locked out, are for you and the Landlord to work out directly with each other. That said we will always help if we can. Unfortunately, on the day in question there were national rail strikes, so despite the teams best efforts we couldn't man the office that day. You were therefore put through to our out of hours team who would have offered you the best solution available to them in that particular situation.
