We are so pleased we found Pittaway Thompson! From day one, we realised Pittaway Thompson was different from the other estate agencies. They were authentic, open, and keen to provide a more holistic service to the norm. We loved our home and wanted others to value it and our village as much as we did. Their marketing approach was refreshing, unique, and effective. They could tell a story about our house and our village, which helped bring it alive beyond it being just another property. From the questions they asked us about the house, their advice on price, and their patience during what is always a roller-coaster experience, we could not fault them. So much so, that we sold a second house through them in record time! I would recommend them every time.

A high end estate agency with a real difference. I would highly recommend. I have brought a sold a few houses since getting on the property ladder, but have never experienced anything like the personal service received from Pittaway Thompson. The marketing of our property was second to none and we didn’t even have to lift a finger! They took the stress right out of everything. Olivia’s artistic talents and eye for detail especially impressed me and made the marketing of our property so amazing. Family and friends all commented on how immaculate our property looked from the photographs they produced for us, which allowed us to achieve the very best possible price for our beloved property. We had direct contact with the Directors at all times, who, it was very clear to see, were extremely experienced and adept in the property market and with all the strategies and tactics that go with it. I felt very safe in their hands. Their passion and enthusiasm for this industry is plain to see and shines through and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Olivia, Alex and Paris did an amazing job selling our house in Ullenhall. They prepared a great brochure and video which really highlighted the lifestyle and benefits of the property especially the planning permission, tennis court, wildlife pond and indoor/outdoor entertaining space.
