GoogleWe recently sold our house with Pittaway Thompson. The service and care was outstanding from start to finish. They were able to demonstrate our house to its fullest potential in ways which we had not considered ourselves. The easy and open communication with the PT team removed the stress from the sale and we managed to complete the sale with minimal stress. I would highly recommend them to other potential sellers. Thanks again to Alex and Olivia

GoogleMy partner and I rented a flat managed by Pittaway Thompson for 12 months. We were consistently impressed by their attentiveness and support for any issues we encountered along the way. Bridget in particular would always follow up and ensure that any required work had been carried out. Excellent customer service and better than any of the other estate agents we had rented from previously.

GoogleExcellent standard of service, professional, friendly and very efficient. Property is beautiful and well maintained. This is our 3rd rented property and have found dealings with this agency to be a lot smoother than previous agents in the Kenilworth area. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI recently took a rental property via Pittaway Thompson and the whole process was fantastic from start to finish. From the excellent initial contact, arrangement of viewing and the viewing itself. Then through the application process and constant support during this process, leading ultimately to me moving in. The people and processes are fantastic and I can't recommend them highly enough!! 10/10 service!!

GoogleWe could not fault Alex and Olivias service whilst going through a rather stressful buying process. Although the sale did not transpire (through no ones fault) Olivias communications was 10/10 and responded to my emails very quickly. They were very accommodating when wanting to have 2nd and 3rd viewings at the property, organised outside contractors and generally made the process less stressful. I would highly recommend Pittaway Thompson!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThe service at Pittaway and Thompson has been really good. I've been with them for over a year now and recently moved to second property they rent. The transition was really easy and they were able to find an alternative flat when the first rental application fell through. I'd highly recommend them as a friendly, local estate agency.

GooglePittaway Thompson have been fantastic agents during my time using them as letting agents. From my initial application and move in, during the full tenancy, and upon checkout, everything has been seamless and first class. I would highly recommend them for anything property related!

GoogleExcellent service and preparation of all the marketing materials used in putting the house on the market, they really captured the essence of the property we we're selling, particularly the video which was extremely professional. We would have no hesitation in recommending Pittaway Thompson if you're selling an individual high end property. Simon and Annie

GoogleIt was great dealing with Alex and Olivia, they have a fantastic high energy and youthful enthusiasm for marketing houses. A natural corollary to this is their is their near global domination of the housing market; well at least in South Warwickshire. A pleasure to do business with.

GoogleThe Pittaway Thompson team was very friendly and efficient, and helped me find a property to rent matching my criteria and wishes surprisingly quickly in a difficult market. I also appreciated greatly the personal touch, the team actually cares and supports you with anything that you need.
