GoogleI thoroughly recommend Pittaway Thompson - Estate Agency as a management company for your property. Alex, Bridget and Debbie (and more recently Natasha) have been looking after my property let for over 6 six years in a very professional way and have always gone the extra mile to support me with difficult decisions. They have also always helped coordinate any necessary home improvements and maintainance jobs ensuring happy tenants and a speedy transfer if and when tenants have vacated.

GoogleI had worked with Alex many years ago in his previous role prior to launching AP, and as a landlord I firmly believe that he now operates the best letting agency in the local area. My property was let within hours of being listed on Rightmove, testament to the quality and professional service that AP provided. Furthermore, I now have verified tenants that I am more than happy with. The fees were more than fair, and far more justified than the silly %'s that other agents propose. I would strongly recommend Alex and AP to any landlord or tenant.

GoogleVery grateful for the support of the PT team. They did a great job letting our home in a very short space of time and continued to fully manage the property. When it came to selling, they then took full ownership of the process with the tenants and ensured the house was staged and ready for each viewing. It’s a difficult market but we managed to complete in a few months. As an expat overseas, it’s essential to have a trusted agent to manage your property and the team were just that. Thanks especially to Alex for steering the ship and offering excellent service throughout.

The process got rather tense (nothing to do with PT) when our buyers withdrew the week before Christmas due to change of jobs, but PT found us a new buyer within a week into the New Year which enabled us to continue to buy our dream home. It took roughly a week from viewing to moving in and at no point did it feel like anything was being rushed. Would definitely look to use again or if was renting a property out, I'd be confident that Alex would provide prospective tenants with a good service.
