We recently both sold our existing house and purchased a new home with Pittaway Thompson, and have been extremely impressed with the service we received. The fees may be a little higher than other agents, but as with all things in life you get what you pay for! Brilliant and swift communication, fantastic marketing (we sold our property within 48 hours of the listing being published!) and just really lovely people to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to use Pittaway Thompson again in future - though we hope to be staying in our new home for a long time to come! Had the pleasure of meeting Olivia at the beginning of 2022 when my family and I were looking for our dream home. After a few viewings she managed to make those dreams come true and by the end of 2022 we had already started moving in. We have been tenants at a Pittaway Thompson property in Kenilworth for over a year. They are by far the most responsive and attentive estate agent I have been in contact with as a tenant. We’ve had a few issues with our property and whenever an issue is raised they send out someone to deal with it expediently. Debbie has been our point of contact since we moved in and has fielded all of our queries and issues wonderfully and has made us feel looked after through the duration of our tenancy. Dear All I feel what really moved me about Pittawaythompsom was their ability to listen and reflect back every detail from memory. They really tried to understand our story for moving, our story about our home and created a personal narrative of the fun and memories of what made our current home so fantastic to the buyer. So much so, we nearly bought it twice. The home was valued honestly, with a detailed description of why the price had been chosen. We truly valued the honesty, the knowledge and feedback. The photos were brilliant, it captured our home in a creative and beautiful way, making it look outstanding for the marketing material. The video was done to perfection, as Olivia waited for the right sunny day, the right lighting and bought in a fantastic team of helpers. The photoshoot day was stress free and everything was put back in its place. As we understand selling a home can be stressful, however Pittawaythompson were on our side, step by step, guiding us through many matters, such a legal jargon, the process and they communicated with our buyer regularly. They also were in regular contact with the developers of the home we were purchasing, keeping the chain flowing. I have had no contact with our buyer, which has reduced the stress of moving. I felt as though they were able to sense my anxiety and worry, without me having to mention it, then resolved every matter or concern, without me having to ask, it always felt they were one step ahead. They reassured us throughout, they always replied to our call or text promptly and they never made you feel like a nuisance, all the support felt genuine and was extremely thoughtful. They were always happy to help, understand and listen. I would highly recommend Pittawaythompson to help you sell your home, every element was of high quality, compassionate and authenticity.

Pittaway Thompson provided us with an excellent service from start to finish during the incredibly difficult time that was selling our Mums house. We began by using a different local estate agent which seemed to get nowhere - 6 months on the market only a handful of viewings and absolutely zero interest. I began to think that maybe the house needed a break and a fresh approach. I spoke to a handful of estate agents and was completely sold by the approach that PT offered. I’ll never forget the words that Olivias said to me “You need people to fall involve with the house before they have evening stepped foot in it” - meaning it was all about the presentation and marketing. PT made the house go WOW - stunning images, a fantastic descriptive and intimate work through by Olivia and the drone shots from above just provided the cherry on the cake. Very impressive. With in weeks of it going live on the market we had our buyer. As me and my sisters do not live local it was 100% necessary that the house was managed, hassle free and taken to the finish line of completion with no stress. Of course there is the paper work and information to be gathered for the solicitors which causes obstacles but having PT on our side really sped up the process. We needed an agency who understood our situation and who we could trust 110%… they lived up to our exceptions. Their professional and efficient service was highlighted with their excellent communication between us all, we always knew where we were, what issues we faced and always made to feel that nothing was a problem. If something needed doing they did it, no messing around. I have dealt with two estate agents in the past and PT without doubt made this process the best experience ever.
