GoogleAmazing service from Alex and Andrew at AP - they have been professional, polite and efficient with helping us move into our new home, within a couple of weeks from viewing it until handing us the keys! Nothing was a problem to them and they have answered all our questions! We couldn't have found a better estate agency or landlord! Thanks again!!

GoogleI would recommend using AP Residential from a tenants perspective. I rented a flat for 12 months and any issues were swiftly sorted. A small amount was deducted from my deposit at the end of my tenancy for cleaning but not excessively so.
