GoogleNever wrote a review before but my experience with this estate agent was horrendous. Awful communication promising multiple times they would call back first thing in the morning to receive no communication. Constant lies and awful customer service. Good luck if you try and talk to these people.

GoogleThey are horrible, doesn’t respond. It’s the 3rd day from the move in date they’ve provided and still haven’t got any response. The lady who’s dealing with my issue has stopped answering my calls. I have paid my holding deposit and now nowhere to go, which is frustrating.

GoogleAs a landlord, I would recommend the Property Services arm of Leaders. They are very responsive, professional and quick to act to resolve any issues that we as landlords or our tenants or may experience. This has not been an easy environment for them to work in this year and still they have managed to work very efficiently.

GoogleAbout Leaders in Kenilworth. Very helpful service. Maybe it's not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but the service is very good and attentive, so worth it.. Claire and Mirela are very nice and willing to help in all possible. So, the first month of service is going very well, we will see the rest of the year!
