They won't accept your application unless you choose the no deposit option. We were accepted, tried switching to a deposit, and then had our application cancelled. They will apply pressure on you to sign up to this. Not sure why a deposit is even an option

Would avoid if can be helped. Poor communication from the start, was lied to by an agent when told the a property was available when really it wasn't and that we were the only ones able to apply. Still not sure why we weren't just told the truth in the first place. This caused us to miss out on other properties. However the lettings manager, Joe, was helpful in communicating the issue and in trying to resolve the issue so perhaps ask for him.

Avoid. They simply do not care. I moved out of a property managed by Leaders on 05/09 and I am still waiting for them to provide me with the checkout and to pay my deposit back. They seem to always have a good excuse to avoid resolving the situation, despite my numerous emails and calls. The property manager in charge of the property is either on holiday, sick or unable to answer the phone , and it’s been two months now. Such a lack of professionalism is appalling from an estate agency. I am currently in the process to resolve the issue directly with TDS.

We rent a house from Leaders Kenilworth since August 2022. The maintenance teams did not answer to maintenance requests. We have had many problems since we moved into the house and the Leaders fails to response to almost all of our requests. We have to report our problems to the Warwick council to get the Leaders to response to our maintenance requests. AVOID this agent if you can.

I have been renting out flats with Leaders for a few year, and have had some recent issues with a flat which were down to the Management Company responsible for the building one of the flats is in. Clare Sykes at Leaders has been outstanding in getting these issues resolved for me, and has kept me and the tenant fully informed all the time.
