GoogleI have several rental properties that are managed by Goodacres. I am so impressed with the outstanding professional service provided by Josh. I know that my properties are in good hands. Inspections are carried out regularly and thoroughly and rent is transferred to me promptly and statements provided. I know that if there are any issues with my properies that need tending to, Josh will inform me immediately or tend to them for me in my absence. GoogleJack Birch and his lettings teams have worked very hard on our behalf to deal with a difficult tenant and avoid eviction proceedings. This is despite the fact tha we are not re-letting the property again for while. Their service is brilliant and I will use them again in the future. I highly recommend them

GoogleAs a first time buyer I had no clue what to expect. With a new baby too it was difficult keeping track of my house purchase. I found Jack, Simon and Josh at Goodacres to be informative, helpful and very dedicated, and i was the buyer! They went above and beyond to keep me in the loop and gave me tips on how to handle my lender and solicitors. They were proffesional and patiently answered all my questions either on the spot or as soon as they could. I never felt stupid for asking a question and they were always very polite. They are very genuine and hard working people. I now have my dream home and if I ever can bear to part with it I will be using Goodacres to sell it.

GoogleI used Goodacres as my Estate agent for the sale of my property through recommendation and I was certainly impressed. From the first instance they were very informative and guided me through an easy sale. The house had been on the market for some time with an alternative agency and had not sold. Goodacres had it on the market for 24 hours and managed to find a buyer. The entire process from start to finish was stress free. Thank you to the team there. I will certainly recommend in the future.

Goodacres were very responsive to my requirements and ideas with the result that the property was let within a short period of time.
