Goodacres have been outstanding throughout the entire process. From the moment I asked them to come and potentially list my property, I have received incredibly efficient and professional correspondence. I called the agency last week after seeing a property to let on Rightmove. I’ve been cut off twice whilst being transferred from one agent to another. Called back, this time I could hear the staff laughing and bickering between transfers, wasn’t even sure if I am through to the right person as all I could hear was chatter and no one would answer to my greeting. I’ve arranged a viewing for this morning; last night I’ve noticed that the property in question has been taken off the market by the agency. I’ve emailed them rightaway to ask what’s going on, they’ve replied this morning saying that the landlord let the property through someone else so that’s why it has been taken off Rightmove. The agent said they were advised of this yesterday. Since I had to drive 40 minutes to get to said property and also take a day off for it, I find it extremely unprofessional that no one bothered to let me know yesterday as soon as they found out. Rubbish service overall.

Excellent service from the start, we had really tight timescale and they went above and beyond and got our house sold within a couple of weeks, couldn't ask for more. I genuinely can’t speak highly enough of Lauren and Lucy, who worked so hard to get my wife and I moved. The first property we chose didn’t go through when the chain collapsed but Lauren persevered, kept trying and finally showed us the house we’re now living in.
