GoogleExcellent service from the start, we had really tight timescale and they went above and beyond and got our house sold within a couple of weeks, couldn't ask for more. There is always someone to answer any questions you may have and Tracey has been a star making sure we were always kept up to date with the progress of our sale. Amazing service, the whole team are great.

Always available to listen, helped me understand the process, communicated well with me and the other sellers and took a lot of the stress out moving. A lot of estate agents promise lots and fail to deliver, with Goodacres not only do you get what you pay for, you get a whole lot more.

GoogleAfter a change of agent, Goodacres got us a buyer within 17 days! They are knowledgeable, professional at all times, empathetic given our circumstances and there was great communication throughout the whole selling process. They pulled out all the stops to achieve a price which accurately reflected the true value of our property, and subsequently to ensure as far as was within their power, that the sale went through with no hitches or undue delay. It was an excellent all-round experience and we would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleI genuinely can’t speak highly enough of Lauren and Lucy, who worked so hard to get my wife and I moved. The first property we chose didn’t go through when the chain collapsed but Lauren persevered, kept trying and finally showed us the house we’re now living in. Obviously there was still much to do by both her and Lucy but without them, I wouldn’t be typing this now. Estate agents often get a bad press. These two deserve all the plaudits! Thanks ladies 👍🏻

GoogleAfter a stressful process Goodacres were incredible from the moment we contacted them. Simon got our house online and advertised within 24 hours and 48 hours later the property was sold. Unfortunately our solicitors weren't great but Stacy chased and chased and we eventually completed. Our sale and purchase was not the smoothest by any means but Goodacres (especially Tracey) did everything in their power to get the transaction done and without them it would have taken a lot longer than the near 5 months it actually took! We would highly recommend them.
