GoogleWe certainly chose the right agent! Jules, Amy and the rest of the team at Boydens in Kelvedon were fabulous from start to finish. All the advice and suggestions received were spot on and we received two offers on our house in a matter of weeks. We were part of a long chain but the team worked really hard to keep us informed every step of the way. GoogleWe bought our home through Boydens and Amy and Jules were brilliant throughout the whole process. They really helped move things along and were great at communicating with us throughout the entire process. We also got a lovely box of goodies on completion when we picked up the keys which was a nice surprise! They even took the meter readings on completion day which was one less thing to worry about. Would highly recommend both Amy & Jules and Boydens Kelvedon in general!

GoogleGreat experience with Boydens Kelvedon. We have recently purchased our dream home thanks to Jules and the team at boydens. Less than 3 months between offer acceptance and completion, I believe this was so smooth and quick due to the persistence of boydens to get the sale through for both seller and ourselves. There was lot of difficulty when trying to communicate with seller but I feel that all issues were chased as much as possible and had trust in the team to get a response. Jules was always very hands on throughout which we truly appreciated. He also very helpful when we had a few issues after completing. Jules is fantastic and he had built such a good rapport with us which made the experience so much easier. We can't thank him enough. We couldn't be happier. Sales progressor Sophie was also great. Helpful and professional when ever I contacted her for support.

GoogleOutstanding service from Emily! Moving out for the first time can be a very stressful experience, but with Emily there to guide us every step of the way, she made the whole experience a breeze. Not only was she able to find a perfect home that suited all of our needs, but she also took the time to explain how each step of the moving process worked and gave us as much information as possible to ensure we were never left in the dark. Fantastic job by Jules and Sophie on what ended up being a tricky transaction due to our buyers solicitors being a complete nightmare who required constant chasing by Sophie, Jules and Roxanne at GloverPriest who Jules had recommended for us and who we used on our other transaction and again did an amazing job. We had an important deadline to meet and we made it due to everyones hard work. The team are a pleasure to deal with, highly professional and competent and therefore very happy to recommend and will use again for any future property transactions.

GoogleI sold my property through the Kelvedon branch of Boydens in November 2022. Like many people, I was probably a little mistrustful of estate agents in general, partly down to previous experience too. However, Jules Cain has completely changed that. He's been amazing, absolutely on the ball, constant and clear communication, excellent advice, and achieved higher than the asking price - twice (after my first buyer didn't deliver). Not only has he been utterly professional, he's been incredibly kind and supportive when things didn't go right with the sale, but also when I was hit by covid, he kept things moving forward at all times. I really can't speak highly enough of Jules. I wish there were others across the service industry providing customer service of this level. I can't recommend him enough. Thank you Jules.

We rented a house through Boydens and shortly after we moved in, we heard RATS moving through the wall cavities and in the loft. My young child had to put up with rat noises in the bedroom wall next to him, crawling and scratching. Bait was put down and nothing further investigated. They refused to do anything further. We had to tolerate DEAD RATS ROTTING in the wall cavities and loft and told to put up with it. The smell was unbearable. Yet after repeatedly asking for an investigation, we were instead given an EVICTION NOTICE and the excuse was "property needed for maintenance". Of course, once myself, my husband and my young child were kicked out on the streets for daring to complain, the house was promptly re-let to some other unsuspecting victim! All of this was orchestrated by a woman called CAROLE ROBERTS. She personally did her utmost to get us kicked out and succeeded. BEWARE! Carole is nasty, rude and abusive. She has no morals and is totally ruthless. Just what Boydens is all about so she fits right in. When we complained to Boydens about her, they closed ranks - no shock there of course. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
