I’ve had such a fantastic experience with this estate agency and couldn’t recommend them more highly. From the very beginning, Jules (the manager) was brilliant. He showed me the property a couple of times and was always patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the whole viewing process feel relaxed and never rushed, which I really appreciated. Sophie has been amazing to deal with over email. She has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the process, always happy to answer questions and keep things moving along. Amy has also been wonderful, helping with documents and even assisting with sourcing a surveyor, which made the process so much easier and far less stressful. Nathan was equally great and showed me around the house a couple of times as well. He was friendly, professional, and really helpful in answering questions and making sure I felt comfortable with everything. Buying a property can be quite overwhelming, but the whole team have made the experience smooth, supportive, and genuinely positive. Their communication, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. I’m incredibly grateful for all their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A truly excellent team!

It is understaffed basically

It is understaffed basically. There is not enough staff to follow through with sales, chase potential buyers, call back, follow through on messages. On Monday 22nd September 2025, I left 5 messages over the course of the day and no one rang back. In this industry this is of upmost importance. I could have been a potential buyer. The market is too hard to ignore calls. On that evidence alone I would not use Boydens again.

Had a great experience purchasing my first property through boydens, kelvedon. Nathan and Sophie both were extremely quick at returning emails and answering any calls, and when my chosen solicitor ended up being very poor and unresponsive, Sophie was persistent in chasing them up frequently to get the sale completed. Overall the service was great from the whole team and I would definitely use them again in the future! 5*****

I have my likes and dislikes like most people and had quite a wish list for my next property I would see a property and the feel would not be right or the specifications/location did not suit me. However this did not deter the team at Boydens who showed me continual support, a lot of patience, understanding and professionalism. All the staff are knowable and will go that extra mile to help you find what you are looking for. Through no fault of Boydens my journey has been a long one, but I am happy to say Boydens travelled that road with me and we together have come to the end. Jules was absolutely superb in selling my house and making the process so easy and stress free. I had been through two other agents before I found Jules, both of whom failed to proactively get my property across the line.
