Dear Urdea, Thank you for your feedback. I have listened to the telephone calls with yourself and my colleague Jules Cain as all of our calls are recorded. Jules did not state as you have suggested and was neither rude or unprofessional. It is our policy that all tenants view the property before letting the same. The reason for this being that in the past we have allowed just one tenant to view and on the day the tenancy commenced, we have received requests to void the tenancy as the property was not as expected by the person who did not attend the viewing.
