Condescending Rude people. After their "sales rep" talking over me twice, I asked the to stop doing that. The response "if you are going to shout at me"... I wasnt shouting, I was merely calling out their terrible tone. They are uite happy to talk to you like an fool, but if you complain they get all indignant and place the victim. Don't use them.

They are the worst company I’ve ever experienced! We are currently tenants in a property they manage. We’ve been here 4 years and up until recently they never responded to things we reported I.e a wasp infestation in our house and our boiler breaking. They have been better lately I’ll give them that. However the reason for one star is that they recently let themselves into our home for an inspection that we knew nothing about. They claim they sent us an email but we’ve searched for it and can’t find it. It’s illegal and completely unethical for them to do this but they don’t care, the lady we are in contact with regarding the situation just keeps saying it’s our fault that we didn’t receive the email.

FacebookHad a lovely helpful accommodating estate agent who couldn’t have been nicer if she tried. After our viewing with her she returned to the office and looked for more suitable properties and even managed to get us another viewing the same day. Would definitely recommend.

TrustpilotBe very careful with this estate agent
Be very careful with this estate agent, seeing as this is called "trust"pilot I would give them zero if I could. Made it as awkward as possible to get anything fixed while a tenant, and then tried to quite simply steal some of the deposit by making claims that were just outright false. Such as because we had a cat (which had been agreed to) we had to pay for fumigation despite no evidence of infestation. When I pointed out it was not in the contract and I would contest it, they backed down.

FacebookLettings - the agent was professional, knowledgeable, and very approachable. Communication could have been better, but that's because the landlord lives abroad. The property had 'cleaning issues' and noisy furry visitors in the loft...but Boydens aren't to blame. Their 'welcome pack' of kitchen goodies was a classy surprise. I admit to being a fussy customer, but I'd happily use and recommend Boydens, no hesitation. Vernal
