I rented an apartment from Linley and Simpson last week. I received the key on Saturday(31JUL) and I was told that the cleaner will come and clean the apartment next Monday(2 Aug). So on, the apartment was dirty during 31Jul-2 Aug. I have paid the rent for an uninhabitable apartment. That's ridiculous. I also informed them to consult the problems. responded as just staining on the washing machine seal and ignored the microwave.What I request is just someone come and clean these and returning the rent from 31Jul until cleaned or extend the moving out date as I cannot move in due to uncleaned washing machine and microwave. Also, the apartment is not allowed to install the window curtain at all (Landlord said). I think LINLEY AND SIMPSON should inform the customer before signing the contract. In general, I feel really disappointed with this agent as that's their responsibility or the landlord's to ensure the apartment is cleaned. This is the most basic requirement for renting. I will seek help from the council and I do not recommend anyone to choose this agent as they can't do anything if there is any problem.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
