GoogleI met Zak and Emma today for a viewing and they were so friendly yet professional and made sure any questions I had were very well responded to. They were also easy to contact before and after the viewing and replied promptly to my emails. I am very satisfied with their service and highly recommend.

GoogleAlthough I didn't take on any of the properties that I was shown, the process ran very smoothly, I revieved good notifications and a call to remind me of my bookings. Seb, who took me to view the places, was fun, honest and very knowledgable of the property and had answers to all of the questions I could have asked.

GoogleCan not praise Kelly enough we had a couple of little hiccups a long the way with our latest property which she dealt with swiftly and professionally. Kelly has a great personality, warm friendly and professional at all times a great asset to the company. The whole team are professional and quick to deal with any problems which includes the management of our portfolio. Highly recommended.

GoogleProbably the worst service. They book my appointment after 1 week. i took day off for that appointment. on the day of appointment i received text message from them that appointment has been cancelled. i call them whats going on, rather then appologatic they gave me lame excuses.
We are so sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the explanation. Unfortunately the landlord found their own tenant so asked us on the day to cancel all viewings,. I can assure you this is just as frustrating for us as it is you. The Branch Manager of the office is reaching out to you to see if there is anything else we can show you!

GoogleWe've found the staff at the Sheffield Linley and Simpson to be very professional and helpful, both with renting a property and when looking for a new flat to rent. The staff reply promptly and have dealt with repairs when needed doing. It's refreshing to deal with such professional people and service.

GoogleI have been renting through Linley & Simpson for the last year and they are really excellent company to rent from. Seb and Corey from the agency are super friendly and helpful with the whole process. I haven't had any major issues, and anything that needed sorting out was done immediately.

GoogleAbsolutely zero respect or communication. Asked for glaring issues to properties to be fixed to be ignored for weeks on end. To say they “manage” a property is about as truthful as saying the Earth is flat and the moon is made of cheese.
