GoogleMy experiences so far with Linley and Simpson has been fantastic. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and has been incredibly accommodating as my requests have been quite specific with me relocating from London to Sheffield. I can't fault the service, especially the help I've had from Emily Abbott! :D

GoogleWarm, cosy and convenient place. Great location. Easy access to wherever you go. A safe place to be. Helps you have a peace of mind. Emma and the rest of the team were very efficient in handling my our status. Gives us ample time to comply with the paperworks.

GoogleI have rented a beautiful apartment through Linley and Simpson and everything went smoothly until a maintenance issue came up. I felt uneasy since I had just moved two months prior and wouldn’t want maintenance teams to stay at the property for extensive periods of time. The great team at Linley and Simpson (Seb Salvati, Jordan Fields) has helped with being released from the contract very smoothly for my comfort. And the brilliant Megan Balmforth who has kindly assisted with my deposit return and has managed to get me a full refund of my rent! Thanks again Megan, I’m really grateful for your patience and hard work in my case.

GoogleMy dealings with Linley and Simpson have been a breath of fresh air after struggling along with a previous large organisation who were unresponsive and didn't ever proactively contact me. Kelly has the team really buzzing and clearly proud of what they do, and to date the service has been first class and personal. GoogleI have privately rented through 3 different letting agents and hands down, Linley & Simpson have been by far the best. Corey, our property manager, has been incredibly helpful, friendly, compassionate, understanding, hard working and professional every time we’ve interacted. We’ve had very personal and honest conversations about my living situation and then light hearted laughs the next. That’s the kind of property manager you need/want. I honestly can’t think of a single improvement which would make our property being managed by him easier. GoogleIf you're a tenant avoid at all costs, I've been left without a usable toilet for 3 months no way to wash my clothes as the washing machine is broken and despite them saying they will sort it its been 4 months and about a million promises and im still having to take laundry to work... the sofa and the blinds both completely broken like the toilet when I moved in, the staff are completely incompetent and will do anything to avoid helping you. 6 months now living like this.

GoogleRenter beware, reported toilet blocked and overflowing over 4 weeks ago now and still have no flushing toilet yet... they are very quick to take your money but zero effort performing repairs. Property left uninhabitable over a month and no refund of rent! If it were possible.i would give them zero or negative stars. They never call back when they promise to and they pass your details to anyone without asking first! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
