GoogleI booked a viewing with Sarah Maines to look at a property and one of their staff attended named Wendy Sopwith, who I can only say was very professional and courteous, who took the time out to answer our questions in a very open and honest way, which gave us confidence in dealing with her and the company. I have since agreed to purchase the property and have found Wendy and Sarah Maines, very efficient in my dealings with them and would thoroughly recommend anyone buying (or selling) to use their services.

GoogleWe first contacted Sarah mains when we saw an apartment that we liked. After viewing the apartment we were asked if we would like our house valued. This was the first time we have sold and bought as we had been in our home for 36 years. We were very impressed with the valuer who was very professional and she advised us the way to go. Then we dealt with the girls in the office with viewing our apartment and buying it. Everyone led us by the hand and remained very professional and we could not fault them in any way. We would and have recommended Sarah Mains to other people..

GoogleWe recently took the momentus decision to sell our home and choose Sarah Mains as our agent. In these initial stages our primary contact has been with Amie Lynch. Amie has held our hand through the process from discussing our options and agreeing terms to arranging for the video to be produced, taking all internal and external stills herself, and drafting the descriptions. The video is excellent and the photographs are worthy of a professional, as is the full listing. Amie's approach to this entire transaction has been extremely professional, helpful and understanding.
