Helen and the team at Sarah Mains have provided an excellent service. They actively searched for properties meeting my requirements and kept in regular contact with different options. Helen was aways very informative and friendly. I felt well cared for and trusted that she was genuinely wanting to find me the ideal home. The information provided about the properties was thorough and well presented. When I attended viewings the staff were punctual and very knowledgable about the property. Must admit I tried another Estate Agent first without much luck, just got the feeling they were not committed 100%. I changed to Sarah Mains, I contacted Wendy at the Osborne Rd branch and after a short fact finding chat the wheels were set in motion. First a very nice gentleman visited my home to take photographs, these are essential to show of your home at its best,(they were so good I nearly changed my mind about selling 😁). They went straight onto the website and within 2 weeks my house was sold. There are several people involved in different stages of the sale who kept me informed as to what was happening and I thank you all very much for making it seem so easy. They even phoned me after my move to see if I had settled in ok 👌 Very professional set up, highly recommended.

I called Sarah Mains to check out a property I was interested in, but instead I was sent to voice mail and they promised to call me back. And they did, even if it was to inform me that the property was already rented out. I know that replying back is just a simple expectation, but nonetheless I'd like to make my efforts to applaud for that after I was treated with no replies several times from other agencies.
