If you're considering indigo greens as your estate agent, we would DEFINITELY recommend them. They know what they're doing, and were very accommodating with excellent communication throughout the whole process. They were even contactable at beyond office hours through their whatsapp!! Many thanks to Emma, Izzy, Sam, Libby and the rest of the team. They REALLY went above and beyond. What a lovely bunch :)

Just sold a property in York through Indigo Greens. Extremely happy with everything. Simon, Emma and Izzy are great. They know their market, offered good insight for the valuation and the photos and marketing were excellent. Very proactive, contacting potential buyers and lining up viewings and great communication during the sale progression. Responsive, efficient and really nice people to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We just wanted to send you our gratitude for selling mums house for us, both the actual sale of course but also the manner in which you did it. The end to end process was very professionally done. Starting with being given realistic expectations of what we would get for the house. A realistic valuation was just what we wanted : How much was the house truly worth in the current financial climate. Your communications, Izzy, were excellent throughout the process. Also we always knew that if we asked a question the reply would be very prompt. The whole event was heart wrenching for us as you know we were selling a beloved family home of more than 60yrs. When our mum passed away in the middle of the process it was extra upsetting of course. Thankyou for all your patience, understanding and for all you kind words throughout all of this. You helped make what has been a traumatic time for us, into a simple painless process. Thankyou. Simon, Emma and Izzy

I have no words for how brilliant Indigo Greens have been!!!! 😊😊 We sold our house through them with no hiccups whatsoever. After an iffy start with another estate agent, Indigo Greens were simply brilliant from the start and made the process clear, calm, transparent and smooth - despite the tricky economic market at the time. Their group communication strategy via WhatsApp was genus!! This way everyone knew what was going on and there were no delays in responding. We got immediate written feedback after every viewing they did! When it came to price negotiation, Emma offered to step in and suggest some brilliant strategies of how to secure the best price (in a fair way). I wouldn’t have had a clue about this! Whey had a good relationship with our solicitor too and contacted them regularly for updates and were very skilful at putting pressure where solicitors were falling behind. The only negative I have them is that that there is no Indigo Greens where we moved to 😭😭 because we could never work with another estate agent!

This is our first time buying a home & the team at Indigo Greens made it a great experience. The system they have in place to contact them is amazing & their response time was impeccable which made problem solving as easy as possible. We were shown round our house by Simon who was super friendly & helpful. Since then, we have been dealing with the lovely Izzy & Emma. What a dream team you are. Thank you for all your help & putting up with all our first time buyer questions!

We chose Indigo Greens as they sold a house down the road from us and it was the best choice we could have made! The whole process went smoothly, the photos/brochure etc. were done very professionally which helped us get an offer after just ONE viewing. Using a whatsapp group to communicate was genius and so much easier than exchanging endless emails/phone calls. Emma, Izzy and Simon are super friendly and professional and provided us with updates regularly along the way. We highly recommend them.

Indigo Greens really do offer the whole package. As a team they are honest, knowledgeable, diplomatic, kind and trustworthy. Their level of service was really something and it was consistent, no matter what was thrown their way. The option to use the group WhatsApp was a massive help to me and I have always felt able to make contact with team IG. When initially looking for an estate agent, I just didn’t feel that the first two agents were the right fit. I contacted Indigo Greens on a whim, and had them instructed by the end of that day. I would 100% choose them again, and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for an agent in York.

Why would you use anyone else?! I was both buying and selling a property with them. I found their communication excellent. Immediate feedback after every house viewing, further feedback once known. I am somewhat of a stress head after having bad house move experiences in the past and they were so supportive and reassuring. I really couldn't provide them with any feedback for how to improve as they've already got it covered! Keep doing what you do guys, you're all amazing!
