Indigo Greens have been fantastic throughout a very prolonged and complicated purchasing process. I'd especially like to praise Emma & Izzy. They were very responsive and took the time to explain things to me every stage of the way. The business itself also operated with a surprising amount of transparency, and I was made aware of details which really allowed me to feel that communication between all parties was stellar. More importantly, they felt earnestly pleasant to speak to, and that at the end of the day, they were nice people who were allowed to be nice people by their workplace. More unique to my situation, even when there was a clear disagreement in opinion on how to proceed, Emma & Izzy were ultimately very understanding and respectul of the decisions made by myself & my conveyancer. I can't think of any higher praise than to repeat this: They had ample opportunity to try and push much more aggressively for a different action. Instead, they took the more labourious route of discussing and trying to understand both sides, and then accepted my conveyancer's decision. Indigo Greens, particularly Emma & Izzy, did this with the understanding that it was going to further complicate their work. When it was clear that I was siding with my conveyancer, they very respectfully carried on the work, with the same care and efficiency as they'd done so far. Frankly, the culture required to enable this level headedness is rare in any team! I hope that they continue to operate with this level of care, responsiveness, and transparency. I think, in my limited experience, that would make them the best in York.

Amazing service from Indigo Greens Estate Agents, super-fast pictures and listing all professionally done which helped us sell our house with only 3 viewings! Always informative and courteous, gave advice and suggestions, made the process so simple and ensured our minds were at ease, we didn’t feel pressured at any point. Special shout out to Izzy, absolute star went out of her way to deal and take ownership of issues not within her remit with 3rd parties which were not taking their own initiative thus meaning with the drive and commitment from Izzy enabled us to have smooth transactions. From start to finish AMAZING! Simon came and valued my house, he was so approachable and helpful with all my questions, he had an excellent knowledge of the area. Emma was fab, she came to do the 360 tour and was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I sold my house within a couple of weeks just before Christmas which every said was a quiet time. I only had 2 viewings and it was done. Everything ran so smoothly afterwards with Izzy on the case - she kept me informed and was so quick to respond. I honestly could not recommend the team more highly.

Simon, Emma and Izzy must run the best estate agents in York. We viewed so many houses with lots of different agencies and their approach was a breathe of fresh air. No question was too much trouble and the whole experience from viewing to completing on our new home was easy because of them. What a team! From the first phone call, Simon, Emma, Izzy, Sam and all the team have been nothing but helpful, knowledgeable, caring and, ultimately, invested in the successful sale of our property. Their communication is top-notch, with a group WhatsApp as the main channel - meaning that everyone stays up to date with news as it happens. There was no question that was too small or simple for them to answer, and they even provided a caring ear on the occasions that things did get frustrating. One of the best things they did was act as a translator between the conveyancor and us as clients. Even though we're smart people, there's some legal terminology and parts of the process that just don't make sense without a little explanation. Emma, in particular, was fantastic at taking the time to help us understand what was happening and what we needed to do. Another feather in Indigo Greens' cap is their attention to detail, even with people not in their immediate team. One example was our photographer, who wasn't 100% happy with a couple of the photos they'd taken. Rather than just uploading them and settling for less than the best, they arranged to revisit our house and retake the photos. This just reinforced the excellent approach to selling houses that this team has. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Indigo Greens. They more than earned the fees that they charge, and the value for money that they offer is top notch. If you're looking for a supportive and wise estate agent, who actually cares about your sale, then commission Indigo Greens immediately.

After viewing a house with Simon well over 10 years ago, we knew then that when we came to sell, we would want him to sell ours. It’s been incredible to watch Indigo Greens grow - the team now with Emma & Izzy are simply amazing. Their approach to selling a property is like no other, no hard sell, very personable, professional & relaxed. They promised to hold our hands & guide us through what has been a stressful & emotional journey - they did just that & more. Constantly chasing the chain, answering questions & being there. They made no false promises about how quickly they could sell our house, but sold it within 3 weeks, at a time when the housing market was pretty flat. The photographer & impressive 360 virtual tour captured our home perfectly & didn’t use wide angled lenses so any potential buyers weren’t misled & knew what they were looking at before viewing. The team made sure to work the viewings out around what worked best for us as a family & handled them all. They advised us on offers & made sure we had the right buyer for us. It’s been an absolute pleasure to have worked with Indigo Greens & we will continue to recommend them to everybody, as they simply are the best Estate agents around, we cannot thank them enough for all that they have done for us.

Best estate agents ever! We used them when it was just Greens 6 years ago, seeing how they have grown and established them selfs now, as yorks best estate agents is amazing! The communitation is fantastic! There was so much contrast from our onward estate agent, and it highlighted to us, how we had made the best choice in picking indigo greens to list our house! From listing our house and just doing 4 viewing in one day, and getting 3 asking prices offers and talking us through picking the best choice. To helping council us though the nervous times dealing with the homebuyers reports and solicitor enquiries. From start to finish IG have been great. From our initial valuation, we welcomed their down to earth and friendly manner. That, alongside their clear knowledge and experience in the industry really sets them apart from other estate agents. Throughout the whole experience IG support and communication has been faultless. They regularly kept us up to date, were quick to feedback on viewings and were only ever a Whatsapp away if we had any questions. When we hit a hiccup near to completion they went above and beyond to keep everything on track for us and made sure we were always kept fully in the loop. Without them we would have been lost and things would probably have collapsed. Even our solicitors said they had outdone themselves. The whole team are really approachable too and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their house.
