Good Morning Gemma, I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed in your experience today. As explained on the phone due to the current COVID pandemic we have to be mindful to minimise in person contact in line with government guidelines. Our Governing body has also set it's licenced Estate Agents guidelines to work within in addition to government guidance: "To reduce the spread of coronavirus and keep the market moving, it is important that only consumers who are serious about making an offer can physically view property: • Identification, moving and financial situation should be checked prior to consumers viewing property • No speculative viewings • Follow a two-step process. Step one virtual viewings, step two controlled viewings" As you will see this includes checking the financial position of a viewer. We politely asked for information regarding this but instead the caller changed his mind regarding a viewing. If you would like to discuss this further I am happy to do so personally. You are welcome to email me directly info@indigogreensyork.co.uk Many Thanks Emma

FacebookSimon and Emma’s approach to house selling in a very different way with very innovative ways of marketing your property and also how they communicate with you when you get viewings. They were also very efficient and we could not fault their service.
