FacebookThese guys are absolutely, without a doubt the best agents in York. Not having purchased or sold through an agent before, I was shocked to discover the amount of involvement they have in the process. These two worked tirelessly to ensure our sale went through and were always available to calm a very nervous seller! Both Simon and Emma, on many occasions, went above and beyond throughout our sale. Both have a very good knowledge of the market and are extremely knowledgable in the post offer process - something that we particularly appreciated. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, extremely personable... and they offer such affordable fees. We highly recommend.
