I literally couldn’t recommend Indigo Greens enough. From the first contact with viewing a property to purchase to the valuation of my house and right up to completion they have been brilliant. Izzy, Simon and Emma all went above and beyond and kept me well updated every step of the way. They were proactive in chasing the solicitors and made the whole process very simple and smooth. The service was personal and friendly and kind. The WhatsApp group for sale and purchase made life easier and I can’t imagine doing it without the ease of instant messaging. I had viewed houses with other estate agents and honestly they were useless in comparison. I don’t think I’ll be moving house again but if I do, I will certainly, without hesitation us Indigo Greens.

I can not express enough how excellent indigo greens have been from the initial valuation to the sale of our property. The communication from all the team was exceptional and they were always available to answer any questions we had (we had a lot!). We have used other agents in York previously and we are hoping that we won’t be moving again, but… if we do, we would always use these guys. It’s all about the personal touches that you don’t tend to get from a larger estate agents. We were not seen as a number but treated a valued customer. If you are planning on moving I would make sure that you speak to Indigo Greens!

We recently purchased our property which was sold by Indigo Greens, and they were fantastic throughout the process. We were inexperienced in the property market and Indigo Greens helped guide us through the process brilliantly, from making an offer all the way to completion. The thing that stood out most was the proactive communication we received throughout, and this was particularly important for us towards the end of the home buying process and on exchange/completion day. We found one of the solicitors in our chain to be particularly poor at communicating updates or making timely progression on tasks, but Indigo Greens were there to help chase the Solicitors and other Estate Agents at each step of the journey, and get back to us as the buyers with regular updates to put at ease. In short we'd simply have been in the dark had it not been for Indigo Greens excellent customer service. We love our new house, but if we ever did move again in the future, we'd be looking to use Indigo Greens. Highly recommended 😊

We've just gotten to exchange on a house as first time buyers, and Emma and Izzy have been great throughout the entire process. They set up a whatsapp group chat for us, were great at promptly answering all of our questions along the way, which really helped make the process clearer to us as FTBs. They kept up great communication for all sides in the purchase, passing on any queries we had to the vendors and making sure the solicitor side kept moving by sending prompting emails as required. The whole team were amazing from start to finish and helped us get the sale through despite a tricky situation and us being in a rush. They sold the house within a week and held our hand through the whole process. If we ever move again they will be the only agents I’ll call. Both my partner and I would like to express how professional these estate agents are, and what amazing team work everyone at these estate agents worked together to ensure our house purchase fan smoothly. They had a group chat which was amazing where we got regular updates and could ask questions anytime we needed to. We had problem after problem on our side of the chain, Emma and her team were incredibly helpful, she would go above and beyond to gather information along the chain to find any issues and push things along as swiftly as possible. Despite all the problems our chain presented, Indigo Greens remained professional, helpful and super friendly throughout the process. We made the best decision ever when we decided to use Indigo Greens to sell our house. Indigo Green's USP is their added value at every stage of the journey. Simon was honest, personable and knowledgable from the start. He gave us advice on things we could do to make sure our house was as saleable as possible and he went against the stereotype of a typical sales person whilst still being great at his job. Then he sold our house (in 3 weeks) and we met Emma. Equally brilliant - advising us when we hit bumps along the way in the process and being calm and professional whilst getting us through the process. Simon and Emma go against every stereotype of the typical estate agent and that completely met our needs. They recommended trades people and lawyers to us through the process - all of whom were excellent. We would not of got our dream house without their help with negotiations. We recently sold our house through Indigo Greens. The team are so helpful and couldn't have done more for us, they were brilliant. Our decision to move was fairly quick and we were in a rush having found our perfect house - Simon was able to organise a virtual valuation (it was during the first lockdown!) and for a photographer to come round really quickly. Within a couple of days we were on Rightmove and we had sold after 2 viewings! We love the use of WhatsApp, it saves a lot of phonecalls and is such a helpful approach. It's worth noting that Indigo Greens work really hard to make sure the photos of your property are truly representative of your house - they don't use fancy lenses to make rooms look bigger! The 360 tour was also a great feature. Emma and Sam put in so much hard work throughout the sale progression, and were super approachable, responsive and professional. If we were worried about anything they'd pop up with an answer so quickly! A definite 10/10 from us, if we had to do it all again we'd choose Indigo Greens every time!

We first came across Indigo Greens in 2016 when buying our first house - It was actually just 'Greens' at the time, we were first time buyers. Being the novices we were I somehow managed to turn up at not only the wrong house but the entirely wrong street - fear not, Simon said! As he came and picked us up in his eco car to bring us to the property viewing - an amazing service, beyond anything else we'd ever experienced with an estate agent. Fast forward to 2019 and a partnership that now includes the superstar that is Emma! We'd just suffered a purchase fall through when Emma reached out, gathered our requirements and came back immediately with the perfect house that we're now moving into 😁 The service you receive from Indigo Greens is truly personal, Emma was on our side every step of the way and really helped push the sale through We had a very slow conveyancing period due to a particular solicitor however Emma kept us sane and updated regularly (more so than any of the solicitors!) through the WhatsApp group, which is a great idea! An absolutely brilliant service from Indigo Greens. Having never sold a house before, we didn't really have a clue what we were doing. We contacted Indigo Greens because we had seen their work on social media and they come across as very helpful, attentive and informative, we weren't disappointed. From the first meeting Simon was able to fully answer all of our (many) questions in an open and honest way. Indigo Greens sold our house almost immediately at a price we were very pleased with but they didn't stop there. Emma and Simon continued to update us and answer our questions, helping us when things were going slower than anticipated with the solicitors and throughout the whole sales process. I have no doubt that the continuous hard work and personal effort from Simon and Emma was the reason for our quick sale and our overall satisfaction with the sales process. I couldn't recommend Indigo Greens any more highly. 5 star service and the personal touch.
