Had a great experience with Indigo Greens, they were friendly and professional. I really liked that you had the option to communicate via WhatsApps, saved a lot of time and not having to play phone tag reduced the amount of stress during purchasing a home.

Sold our house with indigo greens a few weeks back. absolutely without a shadow of doubt THE BEST Estate agents around. No pompous personalities, no superiority complex, just the future of estate agency. turned up on time, gave an honest appraisal, had viewing after viewing, sold in less than a week and completed within 8. exceptional service from instruction, to viewings, excellent feedback and fantastic support throughout the progression. the solicitors always need a good kick up the backside and they certainly got it when needed! Big thanks to Simon, Emma, Sam and team for an exceptional effort. They even found the ideal buyers to carry on looking after our beloved home for another generation and they will love the street.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Indigo Greens to anyone looking to buy and/or sell their home. They are 5 star in everyway - service, value and expertise. Most importantly though they genuinely care and are there every step of the way. The WhatsApp group works really well with quick responses from a joint up and capable team (where needed/appropriate supported by a phone call or visit). I appreciate everything Indigo Greens did for me, I never felt alone, was treated like an individual and wish them the ongoing success they truly deserve.

Having tried different trading platforms, my last experience with Mr. Ethan Payne is the best ever, I traded with $500 and within a week I made a profit of $6500 and to my greatest surprise, I earned a very good profit and made my withdrawal successfully and directly to my bank account. So I recommend Mr. Ethan Payne's platform for effective trade to everyone.Contact him Via:Email: ethanpayne700@gmail.comWhatsApp:+44 7862 075181

We had an excellent experience with Indigo Greens acting as our estate agents (on the recommendation of a friend who had also had a good experience). From the beginning they were open and friendly (for a start, giving the same valuation in person and by email - not true for several of the other agents we got valuations from...), and then efficient and helpful all the way through the process. The WhatsApp group was a helpful way of handling communication as well, giving us the ability to chase/ be chased much more easily. It's been a pleasure dealing with the team and we would strongly recommend them to anyone who is selling in York.

We bought through Indigo Greens and found everyone so helpful and friendly. Simon, Izzy, and Emma helped with any queries we had and were happy to accompany us when we wanted to visit the property. The WhatsApp group is a good idea as you are able to contact them with queries, which is helpful if you work office hours. Many thanks to all!!

An absolutely wonderful team that couldn’t be more helpful or professional throughout. The whole team from start to finish were great. They are down to earth and people you can relate to. Their advice was accurate and helpful, at all stages aiming to do everything they can to ease a stressful situation. Their communication is top notch-and throughout the whole process we were kept up to date in real time. They were on hand to answer all questions quickly and accurately, and we benefitted so much from their expert advice it allowed us to find our dream home. We WILL be using them again. No question.

We would never look anywhere else when it comes to using an estate agent as Indigo Greens are the BEST! They always strive to do their best for you, and nothing is too much trouble. They are in constant communication with you throughout the process which is what I love the most as I can honestly say that isn’t the case with most of the agents we’ve used in the past. Thank you Indigo Greens for doing yet another great job in selling our house, we are so grateful for everything you’ve all done 💛💚

The team at Indigo Greens were enormously helpful from start to finish. They offered friendly, intuitive and practical support which was so important to us. They understood that moving from a house after 36 years is an emotional and stressful process and never tried to rush my elderly mum and dad along, instead taking time to drink tea and discuss jigsaws and gardening! Simon in particular was a rock, always available to listen to my worries and offer solid advice. Oh yes, and they sold the house in 2 days at the asking price - crucially, taking steps to be confident that this buyer was the right one and that the process moved smoothly after that stage. This service was exactly what we needed and I would definitely recommend Indigo Greens to anyone looking for an estate agent in York - they were a pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely amazing! I honestly cannot explain how good Simon and Emma were from start to finish, after having many estate appointments we knew these were the ones. Out of hours support constantly and great recommendations. They went over and above was expected and never minded any questions. Honestly highly recommend, try these guys before anyone else in York ! They are moving into the digital world so well and I love to see this with estate agents. Well Done to both of you!

They were really understanding and supportive from the very first call to arrange a valuation. Amazing communication follow up with the solicitors throughout. The house was on the market and completed in less than 3 months.

If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!! I would highly highly recommend Emma and Simon at Indigo Greens Estate & Lettings Agent. Our house was on the lettings market with another agency (who I won't name obviously!) since early December 2017 and after numerous problems (and months!) we decided to dual let our property with Indigo Greens. Low and behold... less than 1 week after it being on the market with them, it was LET! With tenants moved in the following week! I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done and made it so easy for us, especially as we are on the other side of the world! They went above and beyond what we expected, and I would massively recommend them to anyone letting or selling a house in York!! Thank you so so much Emma and Simon!! You have made our last 2 weeks much less stressful!! Very happy customers!!!!

We purchased a home from Indigo in Summer 2022 and one of the things that stood out was how easy it was to communicate with them. Their extended opening hours vs most other estate agents, local expertise and the friendly WhatsApp group meant we were always kept informed. We were buying from a vendor with health complications and Indigo were very respectful of this and did a brilliant job of ensuring both us and the vendor got fantastic service.

Indigo Greens where with us every step of the way, helping not only with our purchase but our sale as well, the WhatsApp idea is fantastic we got information quickly and could reply as quick ,I can not praise them enough,if you are going to sell a house you would be hard pressed to get a better estate agent, and you don't have a dedicated person you have the hole team with you,in the end they were more like friends. To sum up they are all friendly, polite professional and efficient simple the best would recommend to anyone 100%

Indego Greens provide a level of service that is over and above all expectations. Proactive and on the ball all of the time they make the process of selling a pleasure. The whole team work to ease the way through the process and give the seller the confidence to know that the best is always being done. Communication in the selling process is key and this is where IG excel no matter where in the world you are. Top class service.
