When we first engaged Indigo Green to sell out house, it was because we had heard good ‘word of mouth’ things about them, they knew the area, and they were inexpensive relative to other quotes we had. I guess we had some fears that we might get ‘cheap and cheerful’ service from them as opposed to ‘Rolls-Royce’ service. But as it has turned out, those fears were completely unfounded and in fact the opposite has turned out to be true. A buyer was found within a very short time, and when we have hit the occasional tricky moments in the sale (and that has never been down to Indigo Green) Emma, Simon and Sam have been brilliant; highly responsive comms via the WhatsApp group they set up for us, really supportive, effective in their actions, and when necessary, going the extra yard on our behalf. We have probably (for one reason or another) had to lean quite hard on them and they have always been cheerful, supportive, patient and wise with their expertise. With the sale now having completed, I would recommend them to others without hesitation.

I cant thank indigo Greens enough for their professionalism, friendliness, over communication and support. I never thought i would say this, but selling our home has been a pleasure thanks to their expert advice and continual guidance. From creating Whatsapp Groups to effectively communicate, to regular phone calls to check in on progress, their unique personal touch has given us the reassurance and confidence in our sale at every point of the journey. They are very humbly priced and i promise they are worth every penny and more! They have even helped to advise us on the property we are purchasing! They really do go the extra mile! Thank you so much guys, for all of your help and support! We would never consider using another Estate Agents again having received your first class service. Chris and Laura

Indigo Greens are by far the best estate agents out there. We had a complicated sale (not because of anything they did), they were there for us and went above and beyond every step of the way. Communication was fantastic throughout and their professionalism and knowledge is second to none. Thankyou so much for all your help and support, you were amazing.

I was dreading going through the stressful process of buying and selling again but Indigo Greens took away the stress and worry. They gave a brilliant, very professional service right from the start and all the way through the process. By using WhatsApp it was an easy and convenient way to stay in touch with everything that was going on. Emma organised the viewings around my schedule and the house was sold in 9 days which was amazing! Simon negotiated for the house that we really wanted and got it for us at an amazing price. Sam then dealt with all the legal stuff always keeping me well informed. I would strongly recommend Indigo Greens to anyone wanting to sell their home. They are a fantastic team who go above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly and I can't thank them enough for everything they have done for us.

Fantastic service from Simon & Emma - start to finish during my house sale - always available to answer questions and everything dealt with professionally, efficiently and with a smile. We were lucky enough to secure an asking price buyer on our very first day of viewings, and it was plain sailing from then! I confident it is highly unlikely I will ever experience such a pain free process ever again.Indigo Greens really are trying to rewrite how things are done - and I am so pleased I choose them to work with on such a important process. Thanks guys!

The service we have had from Indigo Greens has been second to none. I've moved house before and had dealings with many estate agencies over the years and these two are re-writing the book on how it should be done. From day one they've been available and responsive and all the way through have felt like they are in it with us rather than us being just another customer. The WhatsApp group they set up has also been an absolute life saver on several occasions as we both have busy schedules and can't always answer calls. From putting our house on the market to actually moving took only 3 months and when things ground to a halt at a crucial point they offered sound advice and even stepped in and got the ball rolling again. All this for an incredibly reasonable price and the knowledge you're supporting a local independent business who spend a lot of time and resources giving back into their community. If you live in York and are selling or letting your property then it's an absolute no brainer. Use Indigo Greens and thank me later!

Simon and Emma have been fantastic at selling my home, I even bought my new home through Indigo Green too! They were fantastic at marketing my property and offering constant support during each part of the buying and selling process. When comparing all of the estate agents on offer, not only were Indigo Green best value for money, their service has also been second to none. For a professional and personal service, they are York's go to Agents.

I was seeking to buy a property and registered with all agents in the York area. Whilst I did not find a property via Indigo Greens, they were one of the only agents who kept in touch throughout my search.
