We honestly couldn’t recommend Indigo Greens highly enough. From the initial valuation with Simon right through to completion, the whole team were incredibly helpful. Having a WhatsApp group set up made communication so easy, and we always felt that we could get in touch whenever we needed to. Emma and Izzy were both fantastic throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to keep things moving and keep us updated. It wasn’t the smoothest process for us, and there were plenty of stressful moments along the way, but having Indigo Greens as our estate agents made such a difference. They were proactive, approachable and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. We always felt like they were on the ball and genuinely wanted to help get us to completion. Simon, Emma and Izzy are brilliant, and we’re really grateful for everything they did for us. Thank you Indigo Greens!

We bought our first home through Indigo Greens and would highly recommend them. From start to finish they were brilliant. The team were all so lovely and patient with our questions and the WhatsApp group was incredibly useful throughout the process, Izzy was fantastic! They made it a smooth process and seemed much more personable and invested that other estate agents we engaged with. We were so pleased to buy through them :)

We absolutely loved working with the Indigo Greens Estate Agents team! Having bought our house from them 10 years previously we were very happy to engage their services when it came time to sell the same house. We remembered what a pleasure it had been having them show us around the house originally, answering our questions in a positive, honest and realistic way that made us feel confident in the purchase. And when it came to putting the house back on the market this same positivity, clear sense of integrity and excellent communication meant that we were able to sell our house for a very good price and in a surprisingly quick time. The Indigo Greens team were exceptional in their commitment to following up questions with Solicitors, the couple that were buying our property and also provided us with many useful tips and connections throughout the Pre-Sale, Sale, Exchange and Completion stages. Far from being stressful, it was a joy working with the Indigo Greens team. Many Thanks to Simon, Emma, Izzy your positivity and professionalism is greatly appreciated.

We had an excellent experience with Indigo Greens. From the moment we met them, they were very supportive, patient and understanding. My Mum was worried and nervous about moving out of the home she had been in for over 50 years, but the team were so lovely, and provided reassurance at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They communicated with us at every stage via What’s App so my brother and I were kept informed and updated on progress, making it easy to interact and progress through the stages. I’m going to miss my calls with Izzy!

Indigo Greens we’re recommended to us by Littlefair’s letting agency when we decided to sell our flat and from our first introduction right through it was a complete pleasure to work with them and the staff are all absolutely delightful and we sold on the first week it went up! Estate Agents have a bed name because of the big companies but Indigos were completely the opposite we couldn’t be happier. Ian and Helen

The team at Indigo Greens did a fantastic job from start to finish. Simon is very friendly and did a great job at advertising our property and introducing us to the company. Emma and Izzy in the office team had very effective communication which was fast and reliable. If we ever had a questions or concerns, they were always available through WhatsApp or they were a phone call away, to help answer and reassure us. They have a friendly and supportive attitude. We will undoubtedly recommend the company to sell your house 100%.

We have just sold two rental properties through Indigo Greens and are completely satisfied with the way they handled the sales. They are very professional and their communication skills are first class in contrast to some agents we have used in the past. A big thank you to Emma, Izzy and Simon. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone selling a property. Jan & David

A delight to deal with. Very helpful, professional team but with a personal touch. They made us feel like individuals and Emma was very open and kind. Sadly we missed the house we wanted as we weren't proceedable but the follow up from Emma afterwards was great. Thank you all. Would not hesitate to recommend.

What a wonderful team! Simon showed us around our viewings and he was incredibly friendly and we always looked forward to seeing him where viewing a property marketed by Indigo Greens. Emma and Izzy were with us throughout our purchasing process, they were always quick with updates, incredibly patient with our anxieties and questions and fought our corner all the way to our exchange. They have been amazing to us throughout and we cannot thank them enough for their help with our purchase. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend Indigo Greens Estate Agents. Going above and beyond to support us in the sale of our first home. We had a tough 6months+ as anyone can attest to as selling and moving is never straight forward. But Indigo Greens supported us throughout, always communicating and answering any queries or questions we had in both the sale and purchase of our new home. Simon, Emma, Izzy and the team were fantastic, helping to put us at ease, explaining anything and getting everything across the line. Nothing was too big, whether regular updates over the phone and/or via message. Exceptional service, communication and support from day 1 through the photos, viewings, and sale. We had photos done and online within a week and sold on the first viewing less than a week later. If we decide to endure the stress of moving again in the far future, I would choose them again and again. The whole process would have been absolutely awful if it wasn’t for Indigo Greens keeping us sane and working hard in the background through out. Thank you!

I simply can’t recommend these guys enough. If you’re unsure of who to go with or where to start, simply call Indigo Greens and they’ll talk you through everything. I’d met with a few estate agents before Simon came around and I knew after spending very little time with him that Indigo Greens were who I was going to use to sell my house. No BS spiel and promises of this and that, just honest, good advice at an extremely reasonable price. After agreeing to move forward with the sale, we were added into a WhatsApp with Simon, Izzy & Emma. ANY questions we had went in there and one of them replied in a more than timely fashion everytime. From the off we were made to feel that nothing was silly to ask or was too much to ask, they were simply brilliant throughout what was a very difficult house sale (no fault of theirs) and time for us personally for various reason's. I can’t express how grateful I am for what they have done for us. Thank you Izzy, Emma & Simon.

As first time sellers who felt clueless about where to start, we felt like no question was a silly question. We knew that the people viewing and enquiring about our house were in really good hands, and that you really cared to get the best outcome all round. Thank you Izzy, Emma and Simon for your patience, understanding and support in the sale of our home. We do, and will continue to, highly recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Can't thank Simon, Emma and Izzy enough for all their hard work over the past 6 months! What is supposed to be the most stressful time of your lives was made so much easier by the team at Indigo Greens. They have reassured us along the way, helped us when we had no idea what we were doing and provided details guidance and support during the move. I would highly recommend using Indigo Greens!

Highly recommend Indigo Greens - Emma, Simon and Izzy at Indigo Greens have been great in the early stages of our purchase. Generous with time at viewings and they clearly really know the homes they are selling. Easy communication and straight forward to deal with. They made the scary process of trying to buy a home much less intimidating.

I cannot recommend Indigo Greens highly enough! 🏡✨ They recently helped us sell our house, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic. From day one, the team was incredibly efficient, handling every single detail with true professionalism and keeping things moving smoothly. But what really set them apart was how kind and patient they were with us throughout the whole process. Selling a home can be stressful, but their reassuring approach made it so much easier. Communication was also top-notch! We loved how accessible they were, they were always just a quick WhatsApp message away, ready to answer any of our questions or give us updates at a moment's notice. 📱💬 If you're looking for an estate agency that genuinely cares and gets the job done perfectly, Indigo Greens is the one. Thank you so much to the whole team! 💙🔑

The whole team are friendly and professional with an extensive knowledge of property in the York area. Thank you for your help and hard work in finding me my new home.

Highly recommended- my wife and I worked with five estate agents while looking for our first home and the service provided by Indigo Greens was head and shoulders above the rest. As first-time buyers, we were very inexperienced in the house-buying process, but Emma and Simon were informative and helpful throughout, transparent about the process and offered additional support above and beyond what we found from any other agent.
