We bought our first house through Indigo Greens - they were really great. Emma and Izzy were always quick to respond and kept the process moving along really well. They were really supportive and helpful, especially as we are first time buyers so we were not familiar with the process. They assisted in chasing solicitors and the vendor, as well as giving us clear and regular updates.

Thank you Indigo Greens, I have sold quite a few properties in my life time but you are a step ahead of all the rest. The support throughout was immense, from chasing up solicitors on both sides to constantly keeping us in the loop at all times on our watts app group. I would highly recommend you to any one it really is a first class service.

What a team! From the first phone call, Simon, Emma, Izzy, Sam and all the team have been nothing but helpful, knowledgeable, caring and, ultimately, invested in the successful sale of our property. Their communication is top-notch, with a group WhatsApp as the main channel - meaning that everyone stays up to date with news as it happens. There was no question that was too small or simple for them to answer, and they even provided a caring ear on the occasions that things did get frustrating. One of the best things they did was act as a translator between the conveyancor and us as clients. Even though we're smart people, there's some legal terminology and parts of the process that just don't make sense without a little explanation. Emma, in particular, was fantastic at taking the time to help us understand what was happening and what we needed to do. Another feather in Indigo Greens' cap is their attention to detail, even with people not in their immediate team. One example was our photographer, who wasn't 100% happy with a couple of the photos they'd taken. Rather than just uploading them and settling for less than the best, they arranged to revisit our house and retake the photos. This just reinforced the excellent approach to selling houses that this team has. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Indigo Greens. They more than earned the fees that they charge, and the value for money that they offer is top notch. If you're looking for a supportive and wise estate agent, who actually cares about your sale, then commission Indigo Greens immediately.

(Successful seller through Indigo Greens) Communication was key throughout all of this. We had constant updates and assurance of the buying and selling process from start to finish. Not only this, we must have asked several questions about solicitors queries that they were always happy to help with. A fun, professional and great team to work with - highly recommended!

After viewing a house with Simon well over 10 years ago, we knew then that when we came to sell, we would want him to sell ours. It’s been incredible to watch Indigo Greens grow - the team now with Emma & Izzy are simply amazing. Their approach to selling a property is like no other, no hard sell, very personable, professional & relaxed. They promised to hold our hands & guide us through what has been a stressful & emotional journey - they did just that & more. Constantly chasing the chain, answering questions & being there. They made no false promises about how quickly they could sell our house, but sold it within 3 weeks, at a time when the housing market was pretty flat. The photographer & impressive 360 virtual tour captured our home perfectly & didn’t use wide angled lenses so any potential buyers weren’t misled & knew what they were looking at before viewing. The team made sure to work the viewings out around what worked best for us as a family & handled them all. They advised us on offers & made sure we had the right buyer for us. It’s been an absolute pleasure to have worked with Indigo Greens & we will continue to recommend them to everybody, as they simply are the best Estate agents around, we cannot thank them enough for all that they have done for us.

Indigo Greens are like a breath of fresh air. Simon, Emma and Izzy were all brilliant from the first viewing to completion. Communication was excellent and by using a WhatsApp group it kept everything visible, transparent and quick. Unlike a lot of Estate agents they are available out of office hours which is a big plus. Highly recommend!

Best estate agents ever! We used them when it was just Greens 6 years ago, seeing how they have grown and established them selfs now, as yorks best estate agents is amazing! The communitation is fantastic! There was so much contrast from our onward estate agent, and it highlighted to us, how we had made the best choice in picking indigo greens to list our house! From listing our house and just doing 4 viewing in one day, and getting 3 asking prices offers and talking us through picking the best choice. To helping council us though the nervous times dealing with the homebuyers reports and solicitor enquiries. They have been a real lifeline though this real stressful process and would recommend to anyone! Thanks guys, hopefully we will be in our new house for a while but if you do move again, you will be our first call. Thanks Harry and Paige

Such a lovely experience of buying a property. From the first viewing to completion all the staff were friendly, accommodating and informative. For a first time buyer this was so useful! Thank you Simon, Emma and Izzy. The WhatsApp was a simple but amazing idea and so reassuring. Also loved the welcome box!! Would certainly recommend!

From start to finish IG have been great. From our initial valuation, we welcomed their down to earth and friendly manner. That, alongside their clear knowledge and experience in the industry really sets them apart from other estate agents. Throughout the whole experience IG support and communication has been faultless. They regularly kept us up to date, were quick to feedback on viewings and were only ever a Whatsapp away if we had any questions. When we hit a hiccup near to completion they went above and beyond to keep everything on track for us and made sure we were always kept fully in the loop. Without them we would have been lost and things would probably have collapsed. Even our solicitors said they had outdone themselves. The whole team are really approachable too and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their house.

Fabulous team of people. Extremely easy to deal with and very professional. Would highly recommend Indigo Greens to sell your property for you if you’re considering them. We’ve both bought and sold with them and both experiences were efficient, well managed and with great communication. The team are small and effective. It feels good to experience some real customer service and to always be kept in the loop, rather than being just a number to a larger estate agent.

I literally couldn’t recommend Indigo Greens enough. From the first contact with viewing a property to purchase to the valuation of my house and right up to completion they have been brilliant. Izzy, Simon and Emma all went above and beyond and kept me well updated every step of the way. They were proactive in chasing the solicitors and made the whole process very simple and smooth. The service was personal and friendly and kind. The WhatsApp group for sale and purchase made life easier and I can’t imagine doing it without the ease of instant messaging. I had viewed houses with other estate agents and honestly they were useless in comparison. I don’t think I’ll be moving house again but if I do, I will certainly, without hesitation us Indigo Greens.

I can not express enough how excellent indigo greens have been from the initial valuation to the sale of our property. The communication from all the team was exceptional and they were always available to answer any questions we had (we had a lot!). We have used other agents in York previously and we are hoping that we won’t be moving again, but… if we do, we would always use these guys. It’s all about the personal touches that you don’t tend to get from a larger estate agents. We were not seen as a number but treated a valued customer. If you are planning on moving I would make sure that you speak to Indigo Greens!

Indigo Greens were recommended to me by a client of ours and what a great recommendation it turned out to be. They are by far the best Estate Agents I have used and were an asset to the house selling process. They are straight forward, honest and proactive in their approach to selling homes. With great knowledge of the local market and superb communication not only with myself but also the buyers and solicitors to both parties. I therefore highly recommend Indigo Greens as a number one choice for an Estate Agency in York and surrounding areas. Thank you so much for all your help with the sale of my property during the recent difficult times with the increasing interest rates.

We recently purchased our house which was sold by Indigo Greens. We are so grateful for all of their service and commitment to helping us move. Right from the start, the team were so helpful and made us feel at ease with the process. Their communication throughout the entire process was amazing, and they were also quick to support us with any queries we had. The WhatsApp group they created allowed us to ask questions and receive updates on the progression of the move. They were so supportive and we cannot thank them enough for everything! They really made our move less stressful and we would highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

We recently purchased our property which was sold by Indigo Greens, and they were fantastic throughout the process. We were inexperienced in the property market and Indigo Greens helped guide us through the process brilliantly, from making an offer all the way to completion. The thing that stood out most was the proactive communication we received throughout, and this was particularly important for us towards the end of the home buying process and on exchange/completion day. We found one of the solicitors in our chain to be particularly poor at communicating updates or making timely progression on tasks, but Indigo Greens were there to help chase the Solicitors and other Estate Agents at each step of the journey, and get back to us as the buyers with regular updates to put at ease. In short we'd simply have been in the dark had it not been for Indigo Greens excellent customer service. We love our new house, but if we ever did move again in the future, we'd be looking to use Indigo Greens. Highly recommended 😊

We've just gotten to exchange on a house as first time buyers, and Emma and Izzy have been great throughout the entire process. They set up a whatsapp group chat for us, were great at promptly answering all of our questions along the way, which really helped make the process clearer to us as FTBs. They kept up great communication for all sides in the purchase, passing on any queries we had to the vendors and making sure the solicitor side kept moving by sending prompting emails as required. They were a really friendly pair and made everything go as smoothly as it could! Thanks to both of you

We have just sold our house with Indigo Greens Estate agents and the process could not have been smoother. They are a small team who are both professional and friendly. They always answered our questions promptly and offered us guidance and advice when necessary. Simon, Emma and Izzy have a relaxed approach which immediately put us at our ease but they are amazing at what they do and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you Indigo Greens!

The whole team were amazing from start to finish and helped us get the sale through despite a tricky situation and us being in a rush. They sold the house within a week and held our hand through the whole process. If we ever move again they will be the only agents I’ll call. Equally they are fab at showing round properties, they know so much about each house and really take the time to listen and impart info to clients. The personal touch you just can’t get from the big chains!
