Special mention to Emma at Indigo Green - in my experience, lots of businesses talk about becoming "trusted advisors" to their clients. Emma actually does it. From advice on sale, to advice on purchase, to advice on the end to end process which was a long way outside her remit, Emma was a pleasure to work with even when the stamp duty deadline loomed into view. Her unfailingly positive attitude belies a firm moral compass and a commercial acumen on behalf of clients. Definitely recommended!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Both my partner and I would like to express how professional these estate agents are, and what amazing team work everyone at these estate agents worked together to ensure our house purchase fan smoothly. They had a group chat which was amazing where we got regular updates and could ask questions anytime we needed to. They went above and beyond chasing things up when need be and informed us of any new information. Under the current circumstances with Covid we felt no impact whatsoever. When viewing the house they were fantastic at cleaning everything after touching it and even used my favourite cleaning products "method' :) Thank you Simon, Izzy, Emma and Sam you guys are a great team! Thank you for helping make something that's so stressful that little bit more bareable, I will always recommend you guys and even though we won't be moving for a very long time if we ever did, I know who we would call. Thanks again, Sheila and Henry.PositiveProfessionalism

We’ve been purchasing a house via Indigo Greens, and I cannot express how helpful they were. We had problem after problem on our side of the chain, Emma and her team were incredibly helpful, she would go above and beyond to gather information along the chain to find any issues and push things along as swiftly as possible. Despite all the problems our chain presented, Indigo Greens remained professional, helpful and super friendly throughout the process. We’ve finally exchanged today (I’m sure everyone involved can finally breathe!), due to complete tomorrow. We cannot comment on the value for money as purchasers we aren’t involved in this, however we wouldn’t hesitate to sell a house with them in the future, as they have been amazing and we cannot thank them enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We made the best decision ever when we decided to use Indigo Greens to sell our house. Indigo Green's USP is their added value at every stage of the journey. Simon was honest, personable and knowledgable from the start. He gave us advice on things we could do to make sure our house was as saleable as possible and he went against the stereotype of a typical sales person whilst still being great at his job. Then he sold our house (in 3 weeks) and we met Emma. Equally brilliant - advising us when we hit bumps along the way in the process and being calm and professional whilst getting us through the process. Simon and Emma go against every stereotype of the typical estate agent and that completely met our needs. They recommended trades people and lawyers to us through the process - all of whom were excellent. The advised and supported us and we really couldn't have asked for anyone better to take us through the somewhat rocky road to selling and buying a house in a chain and during a pandemic! Thanks guys for all of your support and making a stressful process as pleasant and supportive as possible.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Best estate agents ever!We used them when it was just Greens 6 years ago, seeing how they have grown and established them selfs now, as yorks best estate agents is amazing! The communitation is fantastic! There was so much contrast from our onward estate agent, and it highlighted to us, how we had made the best choice in picking indigo greens to list our house! From listing our house and just doing 4 viewing in one day, and getting 3 asking prices offers and talking us through picking the best choice. To helping council us though the nervous times dealing with the homebuyers reports and solicitor enquiries. They have been a real lifeline though this real stressful process and would recommend to anyone! Thanks guys, hopefully we will be in our new house for a while but if you do move again, you will be our first call. Thanks Harry and Paige

Second time working with Indio Greens and as ever an excellent experience. First time we were buyers, second time we were sellers. Couldn't recommend them enough. So knowledgeable about the properties they list, and your guaranteed trustworth advice and industry expertise. Simon, Izzy and Emma really do have your best interests at heart, they are definitely our agents of choice! Thank you again for all the effort you've made throughout our most recent sale, we are very grateful.

Have used Simon and his team for 3 house moves now and wouldn’t go with anyone else. Their friendly but professional approach makes the process easy and less stressful. They’re always on hand to answer questions and go above and beyond other estate agents. Can not thank Simon, Emma and Izzy enough.

Indigo Green not only sold our house for us but we were also lucky enough to buy our next property with them. Emma and Simon went above and beyond arranging viewings. We would not of got our dream house without their help with negotiations. The buyer of our house pulled out and Indigo Green gave great advise, putting my house back on the market and selling it within three days so we did not loose the property which we were purchasing. Without their calm influence and expert advise we would not have completed the selling and buying transactions so quickly. Thank you for all your help, Simon and Emma. We will be recommending you to all of our friends for your exceptional service.

We recently sold our house through Indigo Greens. The team are so helpful and couldn't have done more for us, they were brilliant. Our decision to move was fairly quick and we were in a rush having found our perfect house - Simon was able to organise a virtual valuation (it was during the first lockdown!) and for a photographer to come round really quickly. Within a couple of days we were on Rightmove and we had sold after 2 viewings! We love the use of WhatsApp, it saves a lot of phonecalls and is such a helpful approach. It's worth noting that Indigo Greens work really hard to make sure the photos of your property are truly representative of your house - they don't use fancy lenses to make rooms look bigger! The 360 tour was also a great feature. Emma and Sam put in so much hard work throughout the sale progression, and were super approachable, responsive and professional. If we were worried about anything they'd pop up with an answer so quickly! A definite 10/10 from us, if we had to do it all again we'd choose Indigo Greens every time!

My partner and I are buying our first house. It’s a stressful process but Indigo Greens were with us every step of the way. They were always contactable via a WhatsApp group chat and were able to chase things up for us when we needed. Without them, we genuinely would have been lost.

We first came across Indigo Greens in 2016 when buying our first house - It was actually just 'Greens' at the time, we were first time buyers. Being the novices we were I somehow managed to turn up at not only the wrong house but the entirely wrong street - fear not, Simon said! As he came and picked us up in his eco car to bring us to the property viewing - an amazing service, beyond anything else we'd ever experienced with an estate agent. Fast forward to 2019 and a partnership that now includes the superstar that is Emma! We'd just suffered a purchase fall through when Emma reached out, gathered our requirements and came back immediately with the perfect house that we're now moving into 😁 The service you receive from Indigo Greens is truly personal, Emma was on our side every step of the way and really helped push the sale through We had a very slow conveyancing period due to a particular solicitor however Emma kept us sane and updated regularly (more so than any of the solicitors!) through the WhatsApp group, which is a great idea! Everything to do with Indigo Greens was just so effortless and easy!! Thank you so much Emma and Simon - honestly can't recommend Indigo Greens enough 😁

An absolutely brilliant service from Indigo Greens. Having never sold a house before, we didn't really have a clue what we were doing. We contacted Indigo Greens because we had seen their work on social media and they come across as very helpful, attentive and informative, we weren't disappointed. From the first meeting Simon was able to fully answer all of our (many) questions in an open and honest way. Indigo Greens sold our house almost immediately at a price we were very pleased with but they didn't stop there. Emma and Simon continued to update us and answer our questions, helping us when things were going slower than anticipated with the solicitors and throughout the whole sales process. I have no doubt that the continuous hard work and personal effort from Simon and Emma was the reason for our quick sale and our overall satisfaction with the sales process. I couldn't recommend Indigo Greens any more highly. 5 star service and the personal touch.

Just sold a property in York through Indigo Greens. Extremely happy with everything. Simon, Emma and Izzy are great.
