GoogleWe just wanted to send you our gratitude for selling mums house for us, both the actual sale of course but also the manner in which you did it. The end to end process was very professionally done. Starting with being given realistic expectations of what we would get for the house. A realistic valuation was just what we wanted : How much was the house truly worth in the current financial climate. Your communications, Izzy, were excellent throughout the process. Also we always knew that if we asked a question the reply would be very prompt. The whole event was heart wrenching for us as you know we were selling a beloved family home of more than 60yrs. When our mum passed away in the middle of the process it was extra upsetting of course. Thankyou for all your patience, understanding and for all you kind words throughout all of this. You helped make what has been a traumatic time for us, into a simple painless process. Thankyou. Simon, Emma and Izzy
