Having researched local estate agents, we met with Josh first. He explained the vision he had to sell our property and we felt very impressed by him. Very swiftly, he arranged the marketing of our property making excellent use of social media. The professional pictures taken of our house were amazing. We had photos, a virtual tour and a youtube video tour too! Incredible. Within minutes of our listing/advert going live, we had so much interest from prospective buyers. We had a fully booked open day with people going on to the waiting list. Aran did an amazing job conducting the viewings. To no surprise, we received a few offers of which 3 were way above above asking price (exactly as Josh indicated when he saw our property on day 1). I’m grateful for Josh’s excellent negotiation skills. Our sales progression was handled by Michelle who has been amazing, supportive and understanding throughout the whole process. She was always prompt in getting back to me and I always felt reassured. Despite some some unexpected stress near exchange (no fault of the agents), Josh & his team kept me reassured and everything completed smoothly. I also had amazing Solicitors so completed the whole house selling & my buying process within 3 months. I cannot begin to express how happy we have been with JAGS property group. The house we now own was marketed via them (the 360 degree tour facility we've used non stop), and we were keen to secure it. Upon having our offer accepted, we managed to instruct the most inadequate conveyancers (a national firm) whose solution to taking on too many clients due to the stamp duty holiday was to turn off all their incoming phone lines. Our progressor, Jacqui, worked tirelessly to help us follow up and to keep communication ongoing between our sellers and us. House buying and selling is a stressful business and both us and the sellers we both concerned the other party would pull out. I was slightly dubious when I began the process of selling my property with Josh and Jags because they were slightly more expensive than the other local estate agents, but the service, the speed of the process and their negotiation skills meant it was excellent value for money. The process began with a conversation with Josh who explained what would happen, he made sensible recommendations and put together a clear strategy that gave me confidence in him and that I would achieve a good price for my property. The next step of the process was that Josh hired a professional photographer who took high-quality photos and a 3D video, that made our property look at its best. We were now ready to go to market and we booked in an open day for 2 weeks' time. We had 10 viewings booked, 8 arrived, 6 made offers and we accepted 1 that was considerably more than we expected. After that point Jacqui and Michelle came into their own, the buyer and their solicitor were awkward, to say the least, but Jacqui and Michelle expertly managed the process and kept me informed every step of the way. They were even on hand on moving day to collect and hand over keys. I cannot recommend the team highly enough and will definitely be using them again in the future.
