Choosing JAGS property group to market our property was the best decision for us as they are based in our area so know the local market very well, but even so they exceeded expectations. Our property went on the market on the Monday and an open day was arranged for the following Saturday. We had a lot of interest for the open day and a lot of viewings which is no doubt a result of the fantastic initial marketing (top quality photos, 360 views, videos and updates on social media). This resulted in us receiving a great offer which in turn has allowed us to purchase our dream home, so we are very grateful. Jacqui was outstanding from start to finish when we purchased a property she was managing recently. We were a private sale so she worked over and above to make up for the fact we did not have an estate agent ourselves without hesitation about it not being her responsibility. She kept me up to date via WhatsApp Voicenotes, much better than other estate agents who take 3 business days to reply via email! Even on her days off she was still messaging to update us on progress of the case. The agents also left a lovely gift for our move in date and met us there personally. Josh was our agent when it came to selling our property, so when our dream house came on to the market, we were over the moon to hear Josh was the agent. Nothing was ‘too much’ for Josh and his team. Extremely professional service,  our expectations and beyond were supported throughout by Jacqui  to achieve our goals, pro active plus speedy responses at all times, outstanding. On completion we even received an unprecedented home movers box, which amongst other things includes wine and snacks, a welcome surprise on the moving day. JAGS property group ltd We have just used JAGS property group ltd to sell our property in Gravesend. Josh has great broad and local market knowledge and is very confident in selling properties. It’s great to work with someone who loves houses and his work. He was also friendly and helpful keeping us up to date with everything that was happening. The way the house was advertised along with the drone shots was exceptional. We were also able to give our input to include descriptions and aspects of the house that we wanted promoted. The follow up service by Jacqui was equally as exceptional. We were kept up to date continually until the keys were handed over. Jacqui liaised with both buyers, vendors and solicitors. Our particular selling situation became rather protracted and at times quite stressful but with Jacqui at hand to chase & reassure, keeping in regular contact via a group chat, we never felt out of the loop. Jacqui was always at the end of the phone if needed. Overall we would not hesitate to recommend JAGS. We were very pleased with their service. They are genuinely the most pleasant people you will get to know! They really do care! You will be in good hands with this team! Many thanks to all involved in selling our property.

Contacted Josh regarding a house he was putting on the market, the same day he viewed my home (as we hadn’t even put it on the market yet), told me his valuation and within 15 minutes of leaving had called with a viewing for the next morning. We received an offer above the valuation and didn’t even have to put our house on the market. Was able to buy our forever home in the quickest time thanks to Josh. His team work tirelessly behind the scenes nearing completion to ensure that all solicitors are doing what they should and Jackie even was able to chase the top and bottom of the chains to push everything through on the day needed. From the moment our offer was accepted Joshua and a Jacqui were excellent. I would highly recommend Josh if you are looking for an estate agent.
