We used Josh and his team to sell our home recently and was very impressed with the service we received. Josh used his network to source plenty of viewers and we ended up selling for over the asking price. Josh’s team, Michelle in particular, was very pro active chasing solicitors and other agents in the chain to make sure everything proceeded efficiently post offer being accepted. The team were so professional throughout the whole process, we chose Josh as he was local and highly recommended and only lived 5 minute walk away. The house was well photographed and presented including a 360 tour with the video giving a great extra touch. Our sale wasn't the most straight forward due to our first buyers having to pull out when the war broke out in Ukraine. The house was remarketed within days at a higher price as we received multiple offers first time round much more than list price and what we expected. We accepted a second offer of the same value to a lovely first time buyer couple whilst waiting for probate to finalise on our purchase. Michelle was on hand all hours of the day and even touching base with us on the weekend to help push the sale through with the other agents. She really went above and beyond in the final stages as it looked like the chain would collapse. I would definetly use the team again and happily recommend them.

Highly recommended. Helped my family find the perfect house in Kent. The presentation of the house on their website was very useful and gave us a good idea of the place and the surrounding area. After the offer being placed Joshua and his team were always available on the WhatsApp and helped us during that process. Where to start... I have received so much support from Josh and Jacqui over the last few months and I cannot thank them enough. What was meant to be a short chain & quick sale ended up being a chaotic nightmare and I generally couldn't have got through it without their support. Josh and Jacqui were incredibly quick at responding to any queries from me or any of the solicitors, they were very knowledgeable, gave great advice and on top of all that, they were continually chasing solicitors on our behalf and if they didn't, our whole chain would have fallen through. Not only were Josh and Jacqui extremely professional, they also gave us so much personal support at a very stressful time and I have never experienced this from another Estate Agency. Most estate agents would have ran in the other direction with the amount of issues we had to deal with! But we got there in the end and I know it wouldn't have happened without them.
