Bought a bungalow being sold via JAGS Property group. It went smoothly and completed quickly. Any issues I had, I contacted J, who got back to me immediately. This was via a "Whats App" group she set up. The problem may not have been solved but she was on the case. She always got back to me without fail. I had reason to contact another J and when I got through, he was very helpful. However, when I couldn't get through, and had to leave a message I had to chase him up to get a response. That being said, the messages did get through, but I was just unaware at the time. My downside was when I couldn't get through to either individual, and left messages, but no response for a while, because they are "On Line" and have no office, you have nowhere to go. You have to wait and assume they have got the message. (Only happened once but was frustrating.) Did speak about this to them at the time and they hopefully have resolved the issue with a new member of the team. Overall, the service due to the instant messaging and replying was really good. I would use them if I wished to sell a property, and I can see this method becoming main-stream out-dating current estate agents. Awful, they never answer the phone. I tried to get in touch with these clowns for over 3 weeks to arrange a viewing, 5 messages left, numerous text messages. These guys are a shambles. Apparently they pride themselves on their customer service which I find completely hilarious. They claim that they have now checked their messages and texts and conveniently found nothing which is of course what they would say 😂 dont believe a word of it. There are thousands of estate agents, use one of those instead.
