GoogleWe had a great experience with Ziaur and Juelz- they both made the process smooth and hassle-free. Ziaur went the extra mile to go back to the office and reopen it so we could sign a contract on the day of viewing. Now in the new place and loving it.

GoogleI booked an appointment to see an studio flat that look very nice in the advertisement and one hour before the appointment they texted me to tell me that the flat that I suppose to see it was rented for the landlord without telling them but they wanted to show me in the same area an other studio that doesn't look good and is more expensive, so obviously I canceled the appointment because I think this is very unprofessional and is a way to lie people and make you lost your time.

GoogleI am currently 'living' in a flat that I rent through Alex Crown and I have been here for 2 months. I have had no hot water since my moving-in date meaning I am having to boil the KETTLE to wash for 2 months straight. I have no heating, I am beginning to panic now as winter is around the corner and all this company has done is give me false hope. They have 'arranged' for a plumber to come round to fix the problem, however, after taking the day off work on two occasions and losing money for these days I have had to take off work, and no one has turned up leaving me out of pocket. ALEX CROWN if you are reading this... I am becoming frustrated and I will be taking the next steps very soon!

GoogleGot a Very bad experience from this company. Staffs are not help full. Very rude behaviour from 1 staff. I got an viewing last week evening (colindale). I reach the property on correct time but nobody was there and no response from phone calls as well. I tried to call them plenty of times but response was nothing. It was a huge rainy day and very difficult to find that property. But i reach on exact time what they give to me. I pressed the Buzzer lot of time but no body was there. 28 times I called the staff number finally he said to me ' I left from there'. I don't think that so staff was there. Same time another group of people also came for viewing. But we all got same response from this company. Anyway i am not recommend this company to anyone, Useless and Unprofessional staffs.

GoogleSince I moved to London for several years this is the first time that I have felt completely satisfied with an agency, I want to thank all the agents because they have always been of great help and understanding to me, any need I have is enough just one call and within a very short time it was already resolved .. the service and quality they offer is incredible but above all they take great care of the customer as if he were one of the family! when i was in their office i was very impressed with their team work as they help each other and make the job perfect! they are very educated, kind, professional but above all they take care of the customer even in the smallest detail because they loves to do their job for every single Alex Crown agent .. GoogleWe recently purchased a property with Alex Crown and from start to finish we were very happy with the service from Yovin and Rahman. They always responded very quickly and enabled a very smooth sale. I would absolutely reccomend them to others looking to buy a property.
