GoogleWe worked with Rahman and Yovin from the sales department and they were both fantastic with us. We sold our property in Higham Road, Tottenham, N17. They were very professional and timely. They took some excellent pictures and marketed the property at the right price. They communicated efficiently and updated us regularly. Given the difficult property market we are in, they did an amazing job in getting the property sold for a price we were happy with. I would definitely use them again and if I were to sell my current home, I know exactly who I am using. Thank you gents, I wish you all the best.

GoogleCancel the property ONE DAY before moving leaving us homeless. DO NOT TRUST THEM! TERRIBLE. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING WITH THEM! DO NOT RENT the following property: 19 BRASSET POINT, ABBEY ROAD. House is online in auction so you might be kicked out, also after a month and half they couldn’t get fob keys for the building and I manage to do it in one day, they are useless. They won’t even refund the van we rented for moving as the notice was less than 24 hours
Dear Rocio, I am sorry you feel this way however you need to understand that here at Alex Crown we are agents, intermediaries, we are not landlords. If the landlord changes his/her mind midway through the process and decides not to proceed with the letting for whatever reason then I am afraid there is not much we can do about it. I realise this may be frustrating for you and you would like to vent that frustration to your point of contact which is us but we have been completely transparent with you from the very start and refunded you any deposit you paid. However we cannot be held responsible for your cost of a removal van for a letting that didn’t happen.

GoogleHad a great experience with Alex Crown, especially Jason and Juelz. Jason was fantastic in the process of offering and letting the property. Juelz was a great help with the management of the property especially when moving out. They were great at communicating for viewings and move-out process. All requests and processes were attended to in a timely manner, never needed to chase them. A breath of fresh air compared to prior letting & estate agents!

GoogleMe and my partner have been looking to move into the area for some time. We initially signed up with other agents but they just couldn’t find the right property for us. I was told from a friend to go and see Jason at Alex Crown. Myself and my partner visited and met Jason. His customer service was excellent, just from the initial conversation he took the time to find out what we were looking for and what our requirements were. He built that rapport with us and started looking. GoogleWe worked with Akif to find our first flat in London after moving from the US. Initially the process was overwhelming but Akif made it 1000x easier. He helped us secure the flat we loved and made the process seamless and easy. He has continued to check in on us throughout our lease and even helped tremendously during our move out process. GoogleIncredibly unprofessional. I requested what documents were needed to rent the property and provided them on time, including paying a week hold deposit. After a week they decided that the landlord wanted a England homeowner as guarantor. Total waste of time. Updated: they are gonna harass you on the phone once you leave a review they don't like.

GoogleAkif was really helpful with our property for several months through a mid-tenancy move out & move in. At the end of the tenancy we faced a couple of problems with mould and he handled all the issues and put us in touch with tradespeople when necessary. GoogleThis is a very good company, the staff is very helpful, especially Akif, I was very lucky to be one of the first clients he approached when he started working here. He helped me to arrange the view and helped me to rent my current flat. I really love my current flat and I really appreciate Akif to help me to find a home in London. In addition, Akif, Josh and Juelz helped me a lot when I had difficulty in moving in. Akif called me to see if everything is alright since it was moving-in date, I cried in the call and told him the whole story. I was thinking if they are gonna give up of me, and seek for other tenants since this flat is extremely popular and to be honest, this issue is really tricky and really difficult to deal with it properly. But Akif didn't run away, he tried his best to help me and also ask help from his managers Josh and Juelz. At the same time, they really understood what I've experienced and they really cared about my feeling, except helping me, they also took good care of my mood, comfort me, support me and encourage me. They helped me to contact with my previous flatmate and came up with some potential solutions to help me move in. With their help, support and encouragement, I also tried my best to solve the problem. Finally, we solved it together. Actually they don't have to do this for me, I don't know them at all, I'm just a stranger for them. I totally understand if they want to give up initially since it will cost them a lot of time to deal with that. I remember those days I always called the company and the staff whoever picked up the company phone could recognise my voice and will transfer me to Akif, Josh or Juelz directly. They are very patient, professional and reliable. Moreover, I've been living in my new flat for a while, everything is fine, so I think this is the good time to share my experience to others on Google review to help others know this company better. At first there was indeed something that needed to be repaired, we told them what needed to be repaired, they sent a professional repairman to repair it, and it was repaired very quickly. Whenever we had problems in terms of this flat, Akif will reply our message and solve the problem very quickly. I have a perfect living experience here with the professional service of this company. I do appreciate all efforts Akif, Josh and Juelz have done, without their hard working especially Akif's hard working, I will be homeless. So if you are hesitate right now, please don't hesitate, trust me, choose them!

GoogleWas supposed to view a property on Saturday..but viewed others as the property I wanted to see the keys were not available..was shown others found it odd ..the properties were clean but in future things should be done properly I had travelled from far to see the property..I hope this does not happen again as it was not very good ..but customer service was ok.
