GoogleJason was our estate agent to let our house, he had put in so much effort in order to find the right tenant for us and we have now successfully rented out our property. I would not hesitate to recommend his services if you are in need for a property consultant.

GoogleI’ve only been in London for a few months and I was fortunate enough to have Alex Crown as my agency. The team is well structured with well mannered individuals. Mr Ziaur Rahman was the main person who was helping me through this process. He was patient, considerate and above all friendly with the way he treated me and my young family. His advice was pivotal in me securing the ideal property for me and my loved ones. He ticked all the boxes that we looked for in a property and answered any questions we had lurking in the back of our heads. I have no hesitation in recommending Ziaur and the team at Alex Crown. I have recommended them to a number of my friends and family and I would recommend them to those that are looking for a stress-free way of finding their dream home that’s affordable! Thank you once again guys Xavier

GoogleI have recently secured a rental property through this agency and what a fantastic experience we received from start to end. Every member of staff were friendly, polite and very helpful at all times. I would particularly like to thank Ziaur as he was extremely approachable and so easy to get hold of at all times. He worked tirelessly to help us secure the property, working a lot later than I can imagine he was contracted for! Thank you again everyone at Alex Crown!

GoogleMy experience with Alex Crown lettings and Jason specifically has been phenomenal. Jason’s commitment to helping us find a property has been nothing short of exceptional with his services going far and beyond of any normal estate agent. This includes working extra hours to book us in for viewings, advising us on how to secure a property, and personally finding us a property when it seemed out of reach. Jason is not only a top estate agent but an incredible human being. The current letting market meant it was very difficult to find a property but if you have someone like Jason helping you, it makes life a lot easier!

GoogleAlex Crown Lettings is the best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Jason made our apartment rental a very pleasant experience. He helped like no other agent has in my experience renting in North London. His responsiveness and communication not only helped with the logistics of the transaction, but also made us feel comfortable and secure. He took extra steps to be more helpful than he had to be and was thorough, professional and great to work with. He kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. After dealing with several other brokers in the North London area and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find Jason. Definitely recommend Alex Crown Lettings and thank you Jason!

GoogleI recently bought a property that was advertised for Sale through Alex Crown. I have to say that the Sales Department were absolutely fantastic. The whole process could not have gone better. From agreeing on an acceptable offer to completion I was kept informed. If I had any issues or questions that needed to be resolved they were always available to sort things out. I doubt if you could find a team that could provide a better service.

FacebookAVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID THEM They cancel our tenancy agreement one day before moving. They left us HOMELESS. Do not rent any property from them, they just make excuses and delay process, they offered property without fill set of keys, and deposit invoices without landlord being able to check references. DO NOT RENT, 19 Brasset point, Abbey Road. Property is on auction online. They are literally useless, no help whatsoever from them.

GoogleMy friend and I were looking for a flat and Jason was great in giving us the tour of the space and allowing us to form our own opinions. He was very helpful in providing advice on flat hunting in London’s very competitive market. Would recommend!

GoogleI’ve had an excellent experience with Alex Crown. From the very beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and helpful. They made the entire process easy - from viewing the property to signing the lease. Throughout my tenancy, any queries or maintenance issues were handled promptly and efficiently. The staff are always friendly and approachable, and well coordinated across the team. I moved out from the apartment due to taking a new job far away. The close and sign off process was very clear and structured and went smoothly. I highly recommend Alex Crown to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency.

GoogleI had an absolutely fantastic experience with Rahman and Yovin. We purchased a flat with their help. Rahman was taking very good care of us, prioritising our benefit throughout. I don't think I could have made such a great purchase of it wasn't for them. I am forever indebted

GoogleMe and my 2 roommates have a great time with Alex Crown. We feel very lucky to rent a very popular apartment on Buckler Court. During this period , we have to say Ziaur Rahman is a very nice person. We are not so familiar with a lot of things and we sometimes asked stupid questions. Ziaur Rahman immediately reply our WhatsApp message and answered very patiently. We just signed contract few days ago, we are looking forward life in this cute apartment. We will leave more comments after we move in. 😊PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleBeing a busy individual, getting time to view rooms can be hard. Within the same our of seeing the room on Rightmove I received a call and email to book me in for a viewing within the same week and amazing thing was at 7.30pm. Ziaur honestly gave the best service was down to earth, transparent and honest. He could see that I was serious and with rooms like gold dust this room with ensuite was a no brainer. A holding deposit was put down that same day. No faults at all and also Jason keeping me up to date with the schedule as Ziaur was busy throughout the day. Estate agents can be very uneasy place to go in London but these guys I can't fault!!

GoogleThis is a very professional agency with great services. They have offered us a very nice property that we went ahead with by paying the holding deposit. The whole process went very well and Ziaur was always very fast at replying. Unfortunately after paying the holding deposit we were not able to go ahead with the next steps because my friend backed out from the deal. However, the agents still refunded us the entire holding deposit despite all the trouble that we caused them. They were extremely polite about it. I really recommend them.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
