GoogleRented a flat from Alex Crown, was supposed to stay for a year but ended up staying 3years, decent lettings agency and super quick response on maintenance issues. Also had no issues with deposit return. Juelz was very helpful throughout my stay so ask for him when renting.

GoogleWe had an excellent costumer service by Alex Crown. As me and my flatmates needed to settle to our new flat as soon as possible, we were lucky enough to come across one of the best estate agents we have met so far in London. Mr Ziaur has been absolutely fantastic. He arranged our viewing as soon as possible and helped us until the very end in closing the arrangement. His great communication skills and patience lead us finding our new home and we owe it to him. We hope his work is recognised. Thanks again to the rest of the team for their support in finalising the stay. Great service. Stacey

Thanks to the exceptional service provided by Ziaur. Ziaur's dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set him apart. He went above and beyond to ensure that my property rental process was smooth and stress-free. All the team made letting and securing my rental property a great experience. GoogleAs a letting agency they were great and very helpful in the letting process and the move out process. However, my experience was ruined by the landlord of the flat we rented through Alex Crown, in Carronade Court, N7 8EP. Would not recommend renting any of the flats offered by Alex Crown in this flat complex, or you will have to deal with the worst landlord I’ve ever encountered. No hot water for weeks, everything breaking and her not responding. So unprofessional and left us in unlivable conditions. Couldn’t wait to move out. Think twice before renting with Alex Crown.

Googlehad a great experience with Akif. He was extremely professional, attentive, and really went out of his way to help me settle in and make things easier. He’s very responsive and reliable, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate his support and highly recommend him!

GoogleHad a viewing booked in for last Saturday. Arrived at the property with my husband and baby and no one in sight. A few minutes after our scheduled appointment we call the estate agent who asks us to wait for a call back. He finally calls back a few minutes later and tells us that the viewing is cancelled and he might need to take the property off the market. Property back on the market a couple of days later for a higher price and he did not even reach out to check whether we would still like to view it. Non existent customer service.

GoogleAlex Crown sold my flat for me and I couldn’t be happier.Nothing was too much trouble for Juelz, Yovin and Rahman who always gave a prompt, polite and personal service. The sale hit a few bumps but they were relentless in their efforts to dot the ‘i’s and cross the’t’s. Rahman seems to work all hours and always kept his promise to ring me to keep me appraised of developments, no matter how late. He was unfailingly enthusiastic, resilient and resourceful and I would not hesitate to recommend using Alex Crown to anyone wishing to sell in the Holloway Road area.
